Pleasant and spacious apartment, comfortable and cared for with new furniture. Situated on the first floor with two covered porches: to the east with Tavolara Island view, south with mountain view.

Within 2/3 mile there are numerous of the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia (Cala Brandinchi, Capo Coda Cavallo, Cala Girgolu and its famous swimming pools, Porto Taverna, Punta Molara, PuntaldĂŹa, La Cinta ...).
Possibility of horse riding Sardinian hinterland, snorkeling, windsurfing, golf and tennis, Scuba diving in extremely clear water. A few miles clubs and pubs for the night life. Obviously we recommend for car trips.

During a trip through Sardegna in June we stayed here for 4 nights.Beautiful beaches .. too many too visit .Apparment was more then we expected. Super . Good working airco what was nice en helped voor good night sleep. It was sort of urbanitiation with lot of different types of houses . One little less positve thing. After booking we must pay 50 euro’s for bed linnen en towels . Not the way we are used to .Contact with Lina was very good . We recommended this app

Non posso che confermare le ottime recensioni dell'appartamento: molto pulito e organizzato, cucina con ottima dotazione di piatti/posate, balcone lato Tavolara molto ventilato durante il giorno anche in giornate molto calde, aria condizionata ben funzionante nelle camere (mai accesa quella in soggiorno).L'unica precisazione Ăš che il balcone da cui si accede all'appartamento Ăš condiviso con un altro appartamento sempre di proprietĂ  della signora Lina, che perĂČ non viene affittato e nel periodo del nostro soggiorno era vuoto, quindi il balcone era tutto per noi!Lina molto disponibile e reattiva: ci ha consentito di fare il check-in di prima mattina, dal momento che la casa era libera.

Schöne Ferienwohnung wenige Autominuten von traumhaften StrÀnden entfernt.

Die Woche auf Sardinien war super schön, letztendlich viel zu kurz.Wir hatten das GlĂŒck, das Lina und ihr Mann ebenfalls gerade vor Ort waren. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von beiden empfangen. Sie haben uns durch die Wohnung gefĂŒhrt und auch schon einige Tips mit an die Hand gegeben. Wir hatten im Vorfeld angefragt, ob wir eventuell schon fĂŒher einchecken könnten, da wir morgens frĂŒh mit der FĂ€hre in Olbia ankommen. Auch das wurde uns ermöglicht und wir durften bereits am Vormittag in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung selber war sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. DIe Beschreibung und die Bilder auf der Homepage haben absolut ĂŒbereingestimmt. Es gibt einen schönen Wohn-Essraum, eine gut ausgestattete KĂŒche, zwei gerĂ€umige Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Dusche.FrĂŒhstĂŒcken konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse. Die Wlan-Verbindung war stabil und schnell. Die Wohnung hat eine verkehrsgĂŒnstige aber dennoch ruhige Lage. In nur wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto lassen sich verschiedene wunderschöne StrĂ€nde anfahren.FußlĂ€ufig kann man mehrere Restaurants erreichen, wobei bis auf eins Saisonbedingt schon geschlossen hatten, die Pizzeria haben wir aufgrund der KĂŒrze unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht besucht. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Minimarkt, der sogar in der Nachsaison zumindest am Vormittag geöffnet hatte. Kurzum, es war alles perfekt und wir kommen wieder.

La base ideale per esplorare l'area di Capo Coda Cavallo/San Teodoro

Esperienza davvero eccellente! L'appartamento Ăš in perfette condizioni e non manca nulla per poterci vivere con tutti i comfort anche con i bambini piccoli. La posizione Ăš il vero punto di forza, in quanto Ăš possibile raggiungere sempre in meno di 10 min di auto tutte le spiagge piĂč belle della zona. A piedi invece si accede a gelateria, pizza e ottimi ristoranti seguendo i preziosi consigli che Lina, host premurosa e disponibile, ha raccolto in un diario all'interno della casa.

FĂŒr uns Tierliebhaber Super!

Die Wohnung selbst ist ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenes (Strom & Wasserversorgung) SchmuckstĂŒck das sauber und gut ausgestattet ist, mit allem was man benötigt. TagsĂŒber ist eine der zwei Terassen schön im Schatten und man hĂ€lt es Dank der Meeresbrise gemĂŒtlich im Freien aus (auch bein 38 Grad!) Mit den Klimaanlagen ist auch die Nacht trotz den hohen Aussentemperaturen sehr ertrĂ€glich. WĂ€ren da nicht Nachbars Hunde die bei jedem vorbeilaufenden bis spĂ€t in die Nacht lautstark anschlagen (wie gesagt fĂŒr Tierliebhaber :-), gĂ€be ich 100 Punkte! DafĂŒr gibt es hier einige Schmusekatzen die einen solche Dinge gleich wieder vergessen lassen :-) Den in der Anzeige befindlichen Whirlpool sucht man leider vergebens! Lediglich die Marke der Waschmaschine trĂ€gt diesen Namen:-) Die recht nahegelegenen StrĂ€nde (mit dem Auto 10 Minuten...) sind sauber, feinsandig und sehr flach ins saubere Wasser verlaufend. Ein Paradies auch mit kleinen Kindern! Manche der StrĂ€nde sind Kostenpflichtig und mĂŒssen 2 Abende zuvor online ab18:00 Uhr (innerhalb von 2 Minuten) gebucht werden. DafĂŒr ist hier dank der Personenbegrenzung viel Platz! Einkaufen ist vor Ort in kleinen LĂ€den fĂŒr einzelne Dinge möglich. FĂŒr den großen Einkauf empfehle ich Olbia (25 Minuten mit dem Auto) Es war sehr schön und auch sehr erholsam!!!

El acceso al alojamiento ha sido muy cĂłmodo, sin necesidad de quedar con la propietaria. Una vez dentro hemos tenido informaciĂłn del funcionamiento de la casa y de los lugares a visitar. Lina ha estado pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. La casa es muy cĂłmoda y bien equipada. La terraza estupenda para desayunar y cenar. Muy aconsejable. Hemos estado muy a gusto

Ein tolles Apartment in guter Lage

Wir waren insgesamt fĂŒr 6 Wochen in Linas Apartment und haben es sehr genossen. Das Apartment war blitzsauber und es fehlte uns an nichts. Da wir zeitweise auch arbeiten mussten, waren wir dankbar ĂŒber das gut funktionierende schnelle Internet. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei! Sie war stets erreichbar und hat jede unserer Fragen/Probleme umgehend beantwortet/gelöst. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll. Viele der schönsten StrĂ€nde sind in wenigen Auto-Minuten erreichbar und man ist auch schnell im Inland, wo man toll wandern gehen kann. Ebenso gibt es im Ort selbst 2-3 gute Restaurants und weitere Restaurants findet man im Umkreis weniger Kilometer. Ein Auto ist nicht zwingend notwendig, allerdings empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank liebe Lina fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in Deinem Apartment!

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Appartement ist sehr gemĂŒtlich, schön eingerichtet und hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vor der TĂŒr. Es mangelte an gar nichts. In unmittelbarer NĂ€he (5 Minuten zu Fuß) gibt es Restaurants, eine Pizzeria und eine kleine Gastronomie, sodass man nicht wirklich weit weg fahren muss, wenn man etwas braucht. Es gibt auch mehrere schöne StrĂ€nde in der NĂ€he, diese sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die EigentĂŒmerin Lina betreut ihre GĂ€ste sehr liebevoll und steht jederzeit zur VerfĂŒgung, wenn es Probleme gibt. Bei uns war zum Beispiel ein totaler Stromausfall im Appartement, den Lina in nicht einmal 15 Minuten nach unserer Meldung per WhatsApp behoben hat. Außerdem hat Lina uns erlaubt, frĂŒher einzuchecken und wesentlich spĂ€ter auszuchecken, als bei der Buchung vereinbart wurde. Also, wenn wir in den nĂ€chsten Jahren wieder auf Sardinien fahren wĂŒrden, dann wissen wir schon eine Adresse, wo man sehr gut aufgehoben wird.

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines en famille. Point positif : Appartement propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Literie de bonne qualitĂ©. Accueil et contact avec la propriĂ©taire agrĂ©able et efficace. Un livre d’accueil est prĂ©sent, il liste les points d’interĂȘt Ă  proximitĂ©, les plages valant le dĂ©tour (elles sont nombreuses !), les restaurants, il est Ă  complĂ©ter si nĂ©cessaire ce qui en fait une petite bible qui nous a bien aidĂ©. Point nĂ©gatif : La route est assez passante en haute saison. La proximitĂ© avec le voisinage, en particulier la voisine du dessous qui a des chiens en permanence dehors et un rythme de vie dĂ©calĂ© ce qui entraĂźne des aboiements mĂȘme la nuit. En outre elle avait une pompe d’arrosage dĂ©fectueuse et qui provoquait un bruit rĂ©pĂ©titif et fatiguant louĂ© et nuit. Heureusement qu’il y a une climatisation efficace car on ne peut pas dormir fenĂȘtres ouvertes ! L’intervention de la propriĂ©taire a pu amĂ©liorer un peu ce problĂšme mais pas totalement. La vue depuis la terrasse ne prĂ©sente que peu d’intĂ©rĂȘt. La maison du voisin d’en face Ă©tant trĂšs proche. Enfin la petite terrasse de l’entrĂ©e est Ă  partager avec un appartement de vacances dont la porte d’entrĂ©e est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du notre. Heureusement pour nous la propriĂ©taire ne l’avait pas louĂ© ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas eu Ă  gĂ©rer une Ă©ventuelle promiscuitĂ© ou un planning pour l’apĂ©ro, ou le petit dĂ©jeuner qui est bien agrĂ©able sur cette terrasse.

Un‘ apartamento per rilassarsi

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und konnten das Appartement schon vorzeitig beziehen. Es liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel, nah an etlichen TraumstrĂ€nden. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet mit angenehmer Klimaanlage. Den schönen, großen Balkon konnten wir auch bei Hitze gut nutzen. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, zum Schwimmen und fĂŒr großartige AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Lina vielen Dank. Siamo stati accolti molto bene e anche Ăš stato possibile trasferirsi nell'appartamento in anticipo perchĂš arrivavamo molto presto. È situato in un quartiere tranquillo, vicino a diverse spiagge bellissime. L’ appartamento ha tutto ciĂČ di cui ha bisogno e una buona aria condizionata. Zauberhafte große FeWo mit schönem Blick

Wir möchten uns hier herzlich bei Lina und Natalie bedanken.Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir in dem kleinen , gepflegten Ort Montepetruso genossen.Die FeWo war vollumfĂ€nglich ausgestattet.Wir haben nichts vermisst.Das Bett hatte eine sehr gute Matratze und somit haben wir sehr gut geschlafen.Unser sonniges FrĂŒhstĂŒck wurde jeden Tag mit einem tollen Blick auf das Dorf und dem Berg Tavolara belohnt. Schönes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick auf Tavolara

Great stay

Host is responsive and helpful! Little hiccup with parking but was resolved quite quickly. Central location for us to visit the east/northeast side of Sardinia. Would highly recommend!
