Granito's Apartment with Partial Sea View, Outdoor Space, and Air Conditioning

Granito's is a 75 m² apartment located in Monte Petrosu (San Teodoro), in the heart of Gallura, close to Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches and all the town’s amenities. It’s the perfect choice for families or groups of friends who want to experience the Costa Gallurese with the comfort of a spacious, well-connected base.



The apartment is on a raised floor and features three bedrooms—one large double, one double, and one with two single beds—two bathrooms with showers, and a fully equipped kitchen. The fenced outdoor area offers a private space with a balcony, ideal for relaxing evenings outside.



Air conditioning ensures maximum comfort on hot days. WiFi is included, with enough speed for video calls. Cable and satellite TV are provided.



As in many parts of Sardinia, we recommend using mineral water for drinking; tap water is suitable for personal hygiene and cooking.



Parking is available on the property with two free spaces. Public transport is within walking distance.



Electricity consumption is the guests’ responsibility and is mandatory. The fee is available for an extra charge.



For everyone’s comfort, bed linen and towels are required for your stay. If not included in your booking, please bring your own and show them to the host at check-in.
