チェックイン前でも荷物あずかっていただけましたし、部屋も清潔でした。旧市街からは歩くとやや遠く、目の前の大通りを通るバスが便利でした。バスもクレジットカードのタッチで乗れました。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

旧市街からは歩いて20分ほど歩きます。しかしレアルソシエダのスタジアムまでは徒歩10分とそこに行く予定の人はお勧めです！部屋のエアコンは全く効かずに蒸し風呂のようでした。

最高

2度目の滞在でした。期待を裏切らない安定した快適で綺麗なホテルです。旧市街からはバスで7 分程度でバス停はホテル目の前です。バルで散々呑み喰いして歩くにはちょうど良い距離かと😊 ヨーロッパ内の四つ星ホテルの中でもクオリティ高いホテルと言えます。

飲み歩き場所から歩いて15-20分のホテル(便利)

サンセバ訪問で2回目の利用です。少し飲み歩きの中心地からは離れますが(徒歩15-20分)、その分、価格がガクっと落ちるので、非常に使いやすいホテルです。映画俳優や有名人の写真が壁や部屋の中に飾られているので、そういう装飾が苦手な方にはおすすめできません。朝食は20ユーロ弱/人と高い為、外で安く食べる事をおすすめします。近くに子供用の公園があり、駐車場もあり助かりました。

快適な滞在でした

お部屋は非常に綺麗で広さも十分でした。浴室も広く、タブ付きでシャワーの水量も十分でした。市内行きのバス停、ちよっとしたコンビニ的なお店も近くにあり便利でした。ただチェックインの時、簡単に市内行きのバスやお店の案内をしてもらえると有り難かったかなと思います。もちろん聞けば教えて頂けたと思いますが。あと英語が分からないスタッフも居たので別のスタッフに聞き直す事がありました。総合的には快適な滞在でした。

本当に快適でストレスなしです！

旧市街から歩いて20分くらいですが、バス停も目の前にあります。スーパーもすぐ近くに３軒ほどあり、朝食なしプランでも困りません（ただ湯沸かしポットはなく、エスプレッソメーカーだけです）。もちろんホテルの朝食もおいしく、卵料理がオーダーできます。スペインで20くらいホテルに泊まりましたが、水回りの良さは最高でした。浴槽がなくても気にならない方ならおすすめです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

今回３回目の利用でした。バルが集積する旧市街から離れていますが、酔い覚ましに歩いて何度か帰りました。オンダビリアや空港に行くバス停が歩いて5分程度のところにあります。ビルバオやゲタリアから戻ってくる際のバス亭もホテルすぐ近くです。（ただし、ビルバオやゲタリアに向かう際にはバスセンターを利用します）バスセンターからは川沿いの広い歩道を使って徒歩１５分。とてもきれいな道なので、あっという間につきます。スタッフはとても気さくです。カウンターも普段それほど混んでいないので、色々な質問にもしっかり対応してくれます。残念なのはWIFIの速度が遅かったり、たまに繋がらないいことです。あとミネラルウォーターと電気ポットのサービスがないので、これがあると大変うれしいです。

ヒッチコックのお出迎え♬

長距離バス停の近くでとったのでしたが 2年前に場所が変更になっていましたがバス停もすぐ横にあるし旧市街にも徒歩で数分ととても良い場所でした。またヒッチコックの蝋人形にむかえられろびーに図書室などゆったりと過ごせるスペースもありとても良いホテルでした。

観光の中心地からは少し離れますが快適なホテルです

広い通りに面していて、遠くからもホテルが見つけられます。ビルバオ空港からのバスが到着するレンフェの駅前のバスターミナルからは、少し離れていますが、ホテルまでの間は平坦なので、キャスターバッグを引きずっても、10分ちょっとかかりますが徒歩で行くことができます。ホテルのすぐ近くに、何軒もスーパーがあって便利でした。バルが立ち並ぶ中心地には、ほぼ1本道で、徒歩10分ほどで行けます。途中の道沿いには多くの商店が建ち並んでいますので、それを眺めながら歩いていると、それほど距離感を感じないで行くことができます。エウスコトレン（バスク鉄道）のアマラ駅に近いという条件で選んだホテルでしたが大正解でした。部屋は広めで、また清潔感もあって快適でした。 1時頃に到着でしたが、部屋の準備ができているということで、チェックインタイム前でしたが部屋に入れてもらえました。感謝しています。今回の滞在は、天候に恵まれず観光面では不満足でしたが、ホテルはあたりだったと思っています。また機会があったら、もう一度宿泊したと思っています。よろしくお願いします。

映画スターの気分になれるかもしれない部屋

旧市街からはやや距離があったが、新バスターミナルに近めで、特に不便は感じなかった。部屋は1人の俳優をテーマにしていて、選べると楽しいかもしれない。映画祭にちなんだ遊び心あるホテルで、映画のDVDも借りられる。朝食は大変充実している。

リピートして使っています。

各部屋を映画俳優をモチーフにした装飾がされています。Eテレのスペイン語講座でも使われたモダンなホテルです。目の前のバス停は幹線なので数分おきにバスが来ます。番号と路線図を確認すれば歩く事もなく街を楽しめます。繁華街ではないので静かですし、いろいろとなお店があるので楽しめます。スタッフはフレンドリーで片言英語でも大丈夫です。日本人的に残念な事はバスタブ付の部屋にあたった事がないことです。

バスク観光の拠点に出来るホテル

旧市街から少し離れた閑静ですが便の良い立地にあります。スタッフ応対も良く、リピートしています。目の前のバス亭を上手く使い、旧市街、バスセンター、市内各所から出る近隣の街へのバス乗り場への乗り継ぎも良く、バスク鉄道のアマラ駅も数分で着けます。

コスパの高いホテル

旧市街地に近いとは言えませんが、ビルバオからバスで到着するバスターミナルから徒歩10分、サンセバスチャン空港に向かう際のバス停まで徒歩5分と移動には悪くない立地だと思います。ホテルは清潔でスタッフの対応も丁寧でした。部屋の壁が薄いのはあるかもしれませんが、騒音などは無く静かに過ごせました。

映画好きのためのホテル

2017年1月末に1人でスーペリアルームに宿泊しました。部屋は広く、バスルーム付き、バスローブもありました。壁が薄いのか、隣室のシャワーの音が丸聞こえだった事と、ケトルが無かったのか残念でした。

バスを使えれば便利なホテル

新しいバスセンターまで徒歩15－20分。　昔の情報を見ると、バスセンターはこのホテルのすぐ近くにあったようだが、それは古い情報。そのつもりで予約を入れたのだが、新しいバスセンターまで歩く羽目に。街の中心までホテルの横の道路を渡ったバス停から28番のバスが走っている。

For my first visit to San Sebastián, I could not have been happier with 7 Zinema. Although it is located a good walk from the centre, the hotel offers a calm elegant esthetic with a very interesting cinema theme. There are many excellent & bars in the immediate neighborhood, & even a laundromat 400 meters away. I was always pleased to return to the serenity of this very classy hotel after a day of being a tourist.

Loved the unique cinema themed rooms. Cool bathroom. Has a bar however we had it to ourselves on Friday night so not buzzing. Can walk to the old town however 25 mins or so.

Large, lovely rooms in a beautiful hotel. The parking was a bit tricky to navigate but we managed. We loved that the location was walkable to the old city but in a more park-like setting and easy to get to by car. Our only complaint was the noise. There was a lot of construction happening outside the hotel (obviously beyond the hotel’s control) and the constantly jackhammering wore on us, but even at night after the daily construction ended, we could really hear the street noises.

Excellent facility, perfect size Room and Bathroom. The city center is 15-20 minutes beautiful walk, there is a Bus Station outside the Hotel. I really recommend this hotel!!

The room was large with excellent storage and overall a comfortable room. The hotel is located around 10-15 mins into the centre but there are local cafes and grocery shops within metres. It is a nice walk into the centre. The only feedback would be what happens in most hotels is the when the cleaners are cleaning other rooms, the amount of noise they make is considerable.

Lovely, unique hotel

Lovely hotel if you don’t mind a 20 minute walk to the city center, we didn’t!! Another option is taking the bus (28). The associates at front desk very kind and helpful. Lara was very nice. The cafeteria for breakfast was great. The only thing that could improve are the toiletries. Lack of body cream; conditioner etc. which I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Heel mooi hotel. Er was alleen geen parkeerplaats meer beschikbaar en daar hadden we het hotel op gefilterd. Een fles wijn op de kamer gekregen, alleen drinken wij geen alcohol.

Séjour Zinema7

Séjour de 4 jours donc 3 nuits à San Sebastian. Arrivés le 25 décembre après un long périple en train, nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire et un français impeccable (tant mieux car notre espagnol ne l’est pas…). L’hôtel est axé sur le thème du cinéma et chaque chambre est donc représentée par un acteur, la décoration est par conséquent liée au 7ème art (bobines, statuettes,etc…). La chambre que nous avions était spacieuse et le lit particulièrement confortable. Les produits de soin m’ont semblé de qualité. Un petit bémol sur l’insonorisation qui n’était pas parfaite, mais cela n’a en rien impacté notre séjour. Nous avions pris l’option petit déjeuner et n’avons pas été déçus, car il était riche et varié et le personnel très attentif à nos besoins. Excellent hôtel à recommander.
