「良かった点: 施設がきれい・室内の設備が説明の通り良い・静か・周辺の道路が広く車で出入りしやすい・併設のACホテルの前にいる人(たぶん案内とかしてる係りの人)がとにかく親切・小さいスーパーやスタバ、パン屋さん、美容院などちょっとしたお店が敷地内にあって便利・外だが敷地内に喫煙所あり 残念だった点: 説明欄に空港送迎ありと記載あり選んだが、今はやっていないと言われた。併設ACホテルにシャトルバスがあったので、もしかしたら利用できるかもしれないが確認していない。チェックインが遅い時間になったので、受付に人がおらず苦労した。」

「This place is easy to find...looks as in the picture...excellent for long stay. This is a safe area - gated community...very clean and excellent host...got very quick response for all the questions. Parking within the community. Nice view of the Arenal Volcano! Walking distance to the downtown! Highly recommend. We stayed for just 2 night - so didn't try the washer/dryer (we didn't see this either). 」

「If you are staying in La Fortuna, I cannot imagine a better option. We used it as a home base for all the usual activities in the area. For meals, we could cook right there (the Super Rosvil market is a short walk away) or we could go out to eat - there's Mario's place on the next corner for easy food, or an easy walk to downtown for lots of other options). Secure parking at the apartment beat trying to find parking in town. Maily was a pleasure to work with. The place was very comfortable and...

「Honestly an amazing little spot near the city center. Quiet comfortable and everything you need. One of the light bulbs burnt out and they were there within minutes to replace it. Helpful with things to do around as well」

「We had a fabulous stay and will definitely return to stay at the Merlyn Suites! The staff and service was amazing. We couldn't ask for anything more. When we arrived at San Jose Airport, we were picked up by the owners and driven to the property. The property is safe and secure and the suite was large and new! The staff went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable and attended to our every need. All of the amenities were provided as promised. The food was fantastic and the pool area...

「The apartment is conveniently located close to the airport and within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. There is a washer/dryer combo which was very useful upon retuning home. We spent most of our time outside of the property so we were unable to use the amenities such as the pool etc. but having them is definitely a plus. I also like the fact that the community is gated. 」
