A group of 4 friends. The photos make the villa look a lot bigger. Not sure it would suit 10 adults. One downstairs WC (tiny) with separate double shower room. This is a real find, it has just about everything you could want and the people are friendly and warm. There is a nice selection of restaurants too. We particularly liked the walking and cycling opportunities and the provision of cycle lanes.
