The photos don’t do the property justice! Lovely area 10/15 minute walk from main areas and shops. Property is extremely spacious with a fantastic pool side and dining area.

Excellent home for vacation !!

Thanks to Yves for allowing us to enjoy this wonderful house in San Pedro. We are a family of 6 and the house was perfect and very comfortable. It is very close to the beach..Special thanks to Macarena for her support and service. Hope that we can come again !!

Fabulous modern villa in a great location.

A beautiful villa only a 15 minute walk from the bars and restaurants of San Pedro del Pinatar. The villa is ultra modern with excellent air con throughout. Comfortable beds and a good outdoor area. The pool, although slightly on the small side, is the warmest pool I have ever been in - beautiful. Raoul, the property manager, was great and always responded to WhatsApp messages if there were any queries. The only negatives were that the listing said a hairdryer and beach towels were provided, but they weren’t (luckily we had brought both with us). The beds were comfy but the pillows were small and not particularly good. Some of the glasses also needed a decent wash up before use. However, all minor things that didn’t detract from a great week and we wouldn’t hesitate to use this villa again.

Tolle Zeit im schönen Haus

Wir haben in der Villa sehr schöne 10 Tage verbracht. Wir waren zu acht: zwei Familien mit jeweils 2 Kinder im Alter von 8 Monaten bis 4 Jahre. Der Platz war definitiv ausreichend für Alle. Zwei Autos konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus parken. Der Platz für mindestens ein Auto wäre auch hinter dem Tor da, aber dadurch, dass das Haus sich in einer Sackgasse befindet, haben wir uns das Tor auf- und zumachen erspart. Die Küche hatte alles, was man braucht. Nur lediglich ein Paar neue Pfannen wäre sicherlich gut, aber das ist immer die Pfannen und die Messer bei Ferienobjekten, die hätten besser sein können… Ansonsten hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Waschmaschine gab es auch, das ist super Sache, man muss nicht so viel mitnehmen. Die beiden Badezimmer hatten eine Dusche und sind modern eingerichtet, wie eigentlich das ganze Haus auch! Man hat auch ordentlich Platz um das Haus herum. Der Pool war das Highlight für die Kids! Eine Dusche draußen und einen Sonnenschirm, damit man draußen essen kann, gab es auch. Der Ort war für uns nicht neu, wir waren schon mal dort und weil es uns damals super gefallen hat, sind wir nochmal hin. Vom Haus bis zum Strand sind ca. 15 Min. bequem zu Fuß, wobei die Strände gibt es in beiden Richtungen von Haus gesehen. Nicht weit weg war auch der Park mit Karussells, ab Sommerferien in Spanien jeden Abend geöffnet. Zur Supermärkten sind wir mit dem Auto gefahren, war nicht weit weg. Es gab Lidl und z.B. Carrefour. Gegrillt haben wir auch mit dem Gasgrill im Garten. Die Kommunikation mit Gastgeber verlief unkompliziert. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Wahl und empfehlen dieses schönes Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiter. Danke für die tolle Zeit.

Alojamiento muy recomendable

La casa es tal y como se ve en las fotos, es amplia y está muy limpia. Raúl, el anfitrión, muy agradable y atento en todo momento, rápida respuesta ante cualquier consulta. Sin duda recomendamos este alojamiento!!!

Beautiful Villa in a Fantastic Location

Stayed in this villa with my husband, daughter and friends. The villa is beautiful and spacious inside and the outdoor space fantastic. Everything is catered for and was all lovely and clean. Even the neighbours are super friendly. Raoul was lovely and nothing was a problem. Maya was very accommodating and helped with my queries quickly and professionally. The surrounding area is lovely and quiet and it's a lovely walk to the beautiful beach, shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this villa :)
