The living room is the heart of the home, featuring an inviting open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and access to international TV channels for your entertainment needs. Two of the rooms are equipped with comfortable 170 cm French beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The well-appointed kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A dining table and cozy nook provide a delightful space for enjoying meals. The same floor also houses a shower/bidet/WC for your convenience.

The lower ground floor offers an additional room with a 120 cm French bed, providing ample accommodation for your group or family. The house is equipped with electric heating and air-conditioning, ensuring your comfort throughout the year. The charming natural stone floors add to the rustic charm of the property. Outdoor living is a delight with a spacious 45 m2 terrace and a roofed 20 m2 terrace, both furnished with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and 6 deck chairs, allowing you to fully enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of San Miniato.

The house is thoughtfully equipped with various amenities to enhance your stay, including an iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2-year-olds, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property, ensuring seamless connectivity during your vacation.
