残念なのはwifiに接続出来ずテレビもタブレットも見れなかったことだけです。 その代わり本を読む時間が出来ましたが。

The Hotel got closed down by the authorities and we got kicked out of our Room. We’re on an excursion and when we got back to motel our luggage was thrown outside the place practically on the road. Had to find somewhere to stay. Found a crappy place. Horrible experience

Hotel should not have been open for service. It was closed down for building code violations while we were staying there. Bad experience.

La ubicación es excelente. Pero muy mala experiencia si uno va con vehículo. A pesar de que avise con tiempo de mi llegada, solo recibí apoyó para bajar mis maletas yo tuve que buscar estacionamiento

It is a beautiful property very well located in the heart of San Miguel's downtown (a couple of minutes walking distance from the main square). The rooms, while not massive, are really comfortable and everything feels new and well designed. Service is great (communication, valet parking, speedy and early check-in)... A great option at a fantastic price.

Great location for walking around town. Lots of restaurants and friendly staff. However, bathroom seemed a little dated, very slow drain in shower. Hot water worked shower, but not the cold one!

The hotel was nice and clean. The hotel is near the central plaza and in a convenient location. The only thing I would have preferred was that the hotel was not nested in the back of the building because you have to walk through a restaurant to exit. It’s also noisy since the restaurant host many parties. The shower also was not correctly built, and the water leaked/splashed all over the bathroom floor(they told me they were going to fix it). But, overall, the room was nice and clean. The only bad things about this room was the noise until 12pm, the shower problem, and the old towels (very common in all hotels these days). Besides that, the bed was clean and had newer bed coverings, and the staff was very attentive and in a convenient location. I would recommend this hotel to most.

Es muy incomodo tener que llegar a un hotel sin lobby en una calle en la que no se puede estacionar para descargar el equipaje y tener que pasar por un restaurante para llegar a la supuesta recepción. El trato a la llegada terrible. Sin embargo, la molestia inicial fue compensada con un beneficio otorgado por el gerente en forma expedita y eso mejoró sustancialmente la primera mala impresión. La única manera de estacionar es pagar $250 por cada noche para que un valet parking se lleve tu auto y te tengas que mover todo el tiempo caminando por la ciudad (lo cual la verdad es que resulta agradable) aunque molesta el que debas pagar esta cantidad por estacionamiento sin ninguna otra opción aunque si hay un estacionamiento en la misma calle pero te cobran $650 por dejar tu auto una noche.

Loved it! Great staff, clean, beautiful room. Close to shopping, dinning, Jardin, and la Parroquia de San Miguel de Arcanjel. Will stay there again when visiting San Miguel De Allende. :)

El hotel es muy bonito, el personal normal, amable nada excepcional. Tienes opciones de comer ahí mismo, es cómodo. Pero arriba esta un bar que cierra alrededor de las 11:30 pm, lo cuál si es bastante latoso, después de eso limpian el lugar y todo arrastran. Si eres joven con ganas de salir es muy buena opción si ya eres mayor a 35 puede este no sea tu hotel.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la plaza principal. No tiene servicio de piscina como dice la descripción. Adelante del hotel hay un restaurante y en la noche dependiendo la habitación se escucha la música y limpieza. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. En general para un viaje de pocos días está bien, no incluye desayuno.

Respecto al hotel 10 en todo, sin embargo, se escucha demasiados los ruidos por la terraza misma del hotel y por los huéspedes. Quizá cuidaría que hubiera personal del hotel en horario nocturno para cuidar que los huéspedes no griten (no es culpa del hotel sino de la educación de los huéspedes) o letreros de guarda silencio, personal nocturno indicando que no se hace ruido… no sé ideas.
