The Residence is a recent building. It is in the close proximity of Bibione Thermae. It is equipped with 3 swimming pools on the attic with a huge solarium. The apartment for seven guests is air-conditioned and located on the first floor of a building with elevator. The apartment features a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a TV and safe, one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
