The residence is a seafront building with a not heated swimming pool for adults and children and 2 elevators. It is located right in the centre of Bibione Spiaggia, in the close proximity of the cycle-lane, which binds the downtown with Bibione Pineda. Bibione Thermae is just 500 m far away.

Each flat has its own parking place. Free Wi-Fi on request.

This lovely studio is ideal for 2/4 guests. It is on the fourth floor with air conditioning. It consists of a spacious living room with a cooking corner, a TV, a safe, a double door fridge, 2 double sofa beds, a bathroom with a shower box and window, a large habitable terrace with side sea view, a covered parking place.

° Not included - Mandatory to be paid in cash on site:
-Tourist tax: 1.15eur per person per day applies to all guests aged 4 and above.

Guests must ensure the kitchen is left clean, with no unwashed dishes, leftover food, or trash remaining in the apartment.
-Security deposit: 100eur only in cash upon arrival at the agency. It will be returned at the check-out after an apartment inspection.
