Cabaña que descalifica a Hotels.com Irrecomendable

Mi experiencia no fue buena porque nos querían cobrar de nuevo la estadía y tuvimos que demostrar que ya la habíamos pagado y después no nos dieron la cabaña con las comodidades que mostraban en la web.Primero nos dijeron que estábamos equivocados y después que fue un error de Hotels.com. Por lo que nos tuvimos que quedar en la cabaña que nos dieron donde se inundaba cada vez que nos bañábamos y teníamos que secarla con un lampazo. El desayuno otra decepción cuatro rodajas de pan. Honestamente nunca recomendaría Complejo Turístico Patagon SMA

Excelente hotel lejos del centro

El mejor hotel en el que he estado en relación calidad-precio. Nos asignaron una casa nueva de 5 habitaciones cuando lo que pedí fue una suite de 2 habitaciones por el mismo precio. El hotel no tiene amenities y no está cerca del centro de la ciudad.
