高級感の漂う良いホテル
旧市街では間違いなくトップ・クラスのホテルです。 旧市街のホテルはどこもバス・ターミナルから遠く、往きは上り坂を登ってホテルを探さなければならずスーツ・ケースを引っ張っているとなかなか大変です。サン・マリノは2回目の宿泊なので迷わずにホテルに着くことが出来ましたが、それでも妻からは遠いと文句を言われました。 フロントは親切で、部屋も満足。もちろんエアコンディショニングされています。 サン・マリノに泊り夜の幻想的な塔の景色を観るのは素敵です。しかし大半の観光客は日帰りで足早に見物します。実にもったいないと思います。また霧の出ることの多い朝の散歩も気持ちが良いものです。昼間の込み合った中の観光とは一味違います。 ホテルの朝食も充実していますし、その雰囲気も高級感が漂っています。

城塞すぐのきれいなホテル
城塞入り口からホテルまではわずか徒歩1分程度。ロープウェイの山頂側から歩いて7-8分程度。 街歩きの拠点としては最適。バスタブつきの客室が嬉しい。またバルコニーからの眺望は最高。

裏側の通り沿いの部屋
部屋の設備は普通ですが、通り沿いの部屋で、エアコンの空調機の音もうるさいし、景色は見れないし。レストランのカメリエーレが最低で、サインをするボールペンは投げて寄越すし、愛想もなくて感じ悪い。

案内された部屋がテラスの無い内側に向いた部屋であれれ？ってなりました。少し高い方にしたんだけどなー？ あとは、なんのサービスがあってどこに自由に入れるのかがわかりにくかった。ホテル全体の平面が欲しかったなー。 でも朝食は美味しいし部屋は清潔だし、とても快適でした！ なによりサンマリノが良いところ！ あ、リミニからのバスが着くところからは徒歩だと若干わかりにくいので迎えに来てもらった方がいいと思います。 僕は道を聞いた人が偶然にもサンマリノのガイドをやってる人だったので一瞬で電話をかけて迎えをよこしてくれました。笑

サンマリノを満喫できるホテルです
サンマリノ共和国はぐるりと回っても、４０分あれば回れるほどの小さな国ですが、宿泊した方がよりサンマリノの夕日も朝日も素晴らしいですし、まず夢の国かと思うほど穏やかで美しいところです。そしてこのグランドホテルですが、はじめてすべて５の評価をしました。立地も良いし、ホテル内の清潔さ、サービスすべて最高です。今回ダブルルームを予約していましたが、サプライズ？スイートルームにランクアップしていただきました。まさに夢の国。夏の季節でしたので夕方からたくさんの見どころをゆっくり回り、そして翌朝の静かな路地を散歩したり、充電旅行ができました。

立地も部屋もよかった
ホテルのフロント対応もとても親切で、感じがよかったです。観光スポットまで徒歩で行け、立地的にも問題なしです。部屋は綺麗で、窓から下の街並みが見れます。宿泊日の朝はちょうど雲が眼下に広がり、不思議な光景を楽しめました。

Best place in the town
The hotel locatio is the best for walking town tour in the San Mariono. The three towers are 10 to 15 minutes on foot. Very good view.

it is good. and not expensive. clean and confortable. there is in the historical city. they have discount coupons to entry some interested places. wi-fi OK.

外装工事でカバーで覆われホテルが見つからず。スタッフも未熟
ホテルの外装工事をやっていて、(ホテル側の歩道を歩いていて）ホテルと気付かずずっと遠くまで行き過ぎ、人に尋ねすぐ近くに戻って来てもホテルと分からなかった。 外側が覆われているということは、部屋から外が見えず絶景であろうのに 残念なことであった。 朝食時、ホテルのスタッフは誰もおらず、客は１組いたが、 ジュースや水を入れようにもグラスがない。 それで大き目のカップがたくさん置いてあったのでそれに入れたら、 若いスタッフがやっと現れ、それは朝食用ではない。 朝食用はこのカップだと、小さなコーヒーカップを指し示した。 (これではジュースや水は飲めない！） グラスが置いてなく止む無くだし、前夜夕食でサーブしてもらったにも拘わらずだ。 その時はベテランがいたが、若手スタッフには強力に指導が必要である。 未熟なスタッフで不愉快極まりなし。 その後、そのスタッフはグラスを置いていた。事前に置いておくこと！

This property is in an absolutely amazing location in San Marino. We loved everything about our stay with the exception that our room which was to be available at the check-in time of 2:00 pm was not available until 3:30. The hotel staff gave us complimentary wine and chips while we waited and extended our check out time by an hour (which was great!), but that we had limited time on our schedule in San Marino we were disappointed not to be able to check in on time. That said, don’t let our experience discourage you as this is an amazing property!

The dinner restaurant on premises was economically priced for the area and our meal was excellent. The breakfast buffet was expansive. We enjoyed our balcony. Street parking was easy in front of the hotel in November and validated by the hotel for 4 Euros. The many electrical switches and panels were very confusing and yet there weren't enough electrical outlets to easily charge two iPhones.

Needs to be updated!
I’m sure this hotel was “Grand” in its day but that was long ago! The worst thing were the pillows. They were the worst we have ever experienced. They felt like someone had stuffed old rags in a pillow case.
Not sure how long ago this was “grand” but the pillows must be from the same era. No electric outlets or USB ports near the bed but if you want to call 1970, here’s your chance.

Location was outstanding. Hotel was beautiful. Staff and services were fantastic. The only thing missing was air conditioning. Parking was also not clear on process to enter the garage.

Good option to stay in San Marino
In general, I liked the hotel. There is nothing really bad to say about it. The hotel is located in the heart of San Marino. There are a few nice restaurants right next to the hotel. My check-in was quick and easy. The front desk staff was nice. The room I got was big enough. Its design was basic and simple, but I felt good staying there. Unfortunately, there was a building right across my window, so my room never had a good amount of daylight. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom definitely was updated but designed very simple. I liked having a bathtub there. The bathroom amenities were of a good quality. Hotel’s Wi-Fi was working not very fast. The money I payed per night I find a little bit overpriced. For a pretty basic hotel in Europe similar to this the price should be a little less. Anyway, I 100% recommend this hotel for a stay in San Marino.

Top location with great view
Great location within easy walking distance of the Towers. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Nice rooms with great view from the balcony. We parked on the street in front of the hotel, easy and convenient.

Excelente estancia. El hotel esta súper bien ubicado, gente amable y dispuesta . El desayuno de pago delicioso. Una comodidad tener el aparcamiento también de pago en el mismo lugar . La habitación sin ruidos y modernas .

Enjoyable stay!
Great location, room is clean and spacious. We parked our car at parking #2 and we paid €4 to the hotel directly. We were given a blue ticket and could use that to exit the parking lot. Great view from where the hotel is located, everything is within walking distance.

Jamais au grand jamais je conseillerai cet hôtel à quiconque!! Chambre affreusement petite, médiocre, bruyante!! Avons dû en plus payer notre stationnement à plus d’un kilomètre de l’hôtel!!! Télévision, wifi, et air climatisé qui ne fonctionne pas!!!! Taches sur les abats-jour!!! Le bain taché qui lève le cœur!! Enlevez les 4 étoiles svp!,,c’est un gros gros mensonge!!!
