All necessary kitchen and bedroom amenities, featuring a whole house water filtration system with Reverse Osmosis water on tap and external video-only security cameras for your peace of mind. Minutes from Texas State, downtown, Wonder World cave, the San Marcos river and Purgatory Park. Perfect for parents, relatives and faculty of Texas State students. Weekend float trip with kiddos

Came for a weekend trip to float the river with my two teenage kids. Had a great time! The house is close to the square for dining and entertainment. Had a sweet little family of deer in the yard. The house was perfect. Clean. Large bedrooms, perfect size kitchen, really cool decor. Kids and I loved it.

Homeowner reached out to me very quickly upon reserving the place. Nice finishings in this home along with a huge shower in bathroom #2. Didn't have any problems with WIFI tv and everything in the kitchen worked with everything we needed during our 2 night stay. Short drive to downtown and college campus was exactly what we were looking for.
