「Shuttle service was excellent specially for early morning flight from SAN Salvador to Toronto needed risk free and efficient shuttle services, Yanci the front desk lady was wonderful for her service she takes personal care of her guests 」

「朝食付きでしたが、朝早い便で空港から飛ぶのでもったいないけど朝は食べられないと覚悟して泊まりました。 ところが時差ボケで思いのほか子どもたちも妻も早起きしたので朝食をホテルで取れました。 中米の食事として有名なタマーレスやフリホーレス、目の前で焼いてくれるオムレツなどかなり質が高い朝食で嬉しい限りでした。 空港からホテルの送迎に関しても、ホテル側が前もって連絡をくれて到着時刻と便名を伝えてあったのでスムースでした。」

「Hotel Estera Y Mar is 25 min from airport. Christian did transfter from and to airport. Room that we got upgraded was nice and clean. Staff is very helpfull all around the resort. Specially guys on bar/restaurant by the beach. Thank you Carlos. We loved the food, all we had was really delicious. Our favorite drink was Mojito Cubano. We had such a good time. Nothing to complain. Thank you.」

「The hotel is not right on the beach, but a 2 minute walk. I arrived at 830 at night, the staff were amazing, there was an issue with the AC and they immediately upgraded me. My Spanish is very limited and their English was very limited, but google translator helped us both. There is a very laid back vibe about the hotel, which is exactly what I was looking for. The food was great, the hotel was clean and they were constantly working on it. This is not a 5 star resort, so if that is what you are...
