Our Wonderful Experience.
Much better stay than previous times. The bath’s shower head provided an adequate supply of hot water. Room service was reasonably priced, with quick delivery and good quality.

Stayed for several days around Christmas time and the area was super safe. The plaza fundadores right across the street was decorated beautiful and had a ice skating rink. Parking at hotel was included but is actually a public parking garage next door. Due to popular area, there were often times I had to wait in line to get into the already full parking.

I love the location. You can walk for sightseeing, shopping and eating. Plenty of food and drinks close by. Staff is nice and hotel is very clean.

The hotel is located downtown on a busy street close to all the main plazas. It needs a little TLC, the hallway carpets were stained on our floor. the room had tile so that was good.

Front row window on the Good Friday procession
Now I get the name. Room windows are floor to ceiling, wall to wall, with great views of the city. My room on the northside directly overlooked the path of the Good Friday procession, which I had come to see. I didn't know at the time that my room was right where I wanted to be. If you are going for the Good Friday procession, this is the place to stay. Also, the windows open, which is amazing, and you can get all the sound, etc. The downside: it was loud. Bring ear plugs. The music on the plaza de fundadores was loud till late on Easter weekend. Another downside: good luck getting out during the procession; I did it but it was an adventure. Also convenient, there is a small convenience store a half block away, and two pharmacies (one 24-hour) a walkable half mile away

The hotel is very convenient but has gone down in service and amenities. There were no hand towels, no blankets, no glasses for water, no English stations on TV and no one to help with suitcases (only certain hours). We have stayed at this hotel in the past. It has really deteriorated. It is in dire need of upgrades instead of patch jobs, esp the bathrooms. Sad.

Location, location, location! Best hotel within walking distance to many park and restaurants and food vendors. Clean, friendly staffs, good restaurant in the hotel for breakfast. Very nice stay every time we go to SLP.

Good location. Heating was helpful Good restaurant next door Internet service was poor alot of the time. No signage to warn not to put toilet paper in toilets Front desk responding promptly to plugged toilet Enviromental consideration could improve by offering customers a sign saying they choose to forego change of towels and or daily room cleaning. Water could be dispensed via Garafund rather than in disposable plastic bottles

Great location. Excellent service. Comfortable bed Friendly staff. Close to downtown. The bathroom was really small. There is no coffee maker in room. (not good for early risers). The restaurant charged taxes on some days and some days not. Somewhat confusing. Other than small complaints a good place to stay.
