Old and rundown. Our room was on the second floor next to the stairway. The elevators were out so we heard guests all night long lugging luggage up each stair. The walls are thin. The building is rundown. There’s really nothing attractive about the property. The staff was nice.

Made to order breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs and served at room temperature not hot. Very disappointing.

Oxford Suites Pismo Beach
Property has a gas fire to sit around that i did not use but was nice. The amenities swimming pool was nice to have and the kids area to swim. The room was clean, one TV did not have batteries on the remote control and cannot be used. Place is nice.
