Edgewater Inn And Suites
Staff and cleanliness were very good. It's a basic and inexpensive place in a very good location. Not fancy (and breakfast was marginal) but staff was great and the room was fine. Recommended.

Overall the hotel was great. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very nice and welcoming. The hotel was also just beautiful overall. The only downside would be the continental breakfast. I would say their breakfast was about a 3/5.

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Luis Obispo Downtown
The room was generally clean, but bathroom can use an update. The sink water drain was making weird noises, like metal banging. Once it happened in the middle of the night.
