「Started with me waiting 20-30 minutes at the front desk for someone to check me in. I started give the hotel a couple calls and I still had no response. I then tried to call Expedia to help me out with the reservation but I couldn’t reach anyone but the virtual agent that was no help at all. 「We had to get a hotel as it was the closest to Pecan Springs Ranch venue , it was exactly what I needed expected from a Hilton hotel, clean, snacks available to purchase and a great breakfast! No complaints here!!! Plus they kept in contact yo see if I needed anything. Thanks!」

「スタッフは良い印象です。テレビがスマートテレビでなく、デジタルすらでもなく、古いアナログケーブルテレビが残念でした。バスルームが換気扇がスイッチもなく、回っているのかがわからない印象です。アイスディスペンサーも7階は壊れてました。F1特別料金で超高額でしたのでそういったアメリカでは通常料金なら無視できる内容でも少し残念でした。ただしオースティンで駐車場無料は助かりました。公園の近くなのも朝昼夕まではとても良い印象です。夜は暗いです。COTAへのシャトルバス乗り場のウォータールーパークまでは朝はUberを使いましたが、帰りは途中レストラン寄ったりで、何とか約30分を歩いて帰れました。まあ決勝の日曜日は行きも帰りもUberは問題なくつかまりました。」

「SXSWの宿泊で利用しました。DowntownからはUberで10分弱。立地は悪くないですが、最初に空港から乗ったUber運転手はこの辺りはあまりいいエリアじゃないと言っていました。ただ、実際に危険なこともなく、周りに何もないのでDowntownとの往復だけであれば問題ないかも。 施設はMotelとHotelの中間という感じで、基本的に部屋の状態はそこそこ。 シャワーブースはお湯が出るまで10分くらい出しっぱなしにしておく必要がありました。 大きめの冷蔵庫やクローゼットもあり、部屋としての使い勝手は、とりあえずいるには十分だと思います。」

「本当には空港から近くないので、車を持っていないと、タクシー代など結構かかる。また、歩いていけるレストランは、12-3分のところにあるRamada Wyndamにあるレストランだけなので、そっちに泊まったほうがいいかも知れない。」
