Absolutely beautiful space! Lots of outdoor balconies so felt very spacious for different groups of families to be able to spread out. Pool was clean and so pretty, such a great area. Great views from each level. Only thing I feel like should be highlighted more on the info listed is that’s it a lot of stairs! Can be a limiting factor if traveling with elderly.

The home has 3 bedrooms inside the main house. The other 2 bedrooms are accessible only via outside. We traveled with 2 families, so this setup was ideal for us. It is located at the end of the road, in the rainforest. Including a creek that runs right beside the house. The neon flowers amongst the lush green backdrop makes this property so dreamy. The sounds were so peaceful! If you park at the bottom gate, where the pool is located, it is a significant amount of stairs up to the house. If you park at the top gate, there are no stairs to house, just a walkway, so much easier. It’s in a great location, only 7 min from shops & restaurants. 30-40 min to San Juan or to 7 Seas. The only negative experience was that home wasn’t ready at check in time and it was a bit dirty. Manager was responsive to messages. All in all, definitely recommend for a unique & fun stay!

I’m leaving this review to warn future guests about the serious issues we experienced at this property. When we arrived, the home was not cleaned or prepared. The trash had not been taken out, and there was underwear sitting on top of the trash, which was extremely unsanitary. We also discovered that the property did not have enough towels for our group — we were short by 12 towels, and the host initially told us she would send cleaners and provide more towels the next day.Unfortunately, none of that happened. The host later said she couldn’t get cleaners or towels to us at all, despite acknowledging the inconvenience.On the second day, the property lost power for over 12 hours, and the gate became inoperable. This meant 11 girls had to throw their luggage over the fence just to leave and find another place to stay. The host did not assist us during the outage, did not help us access the gate, and did not help us relocate. We were forced to leave the property entirely because it became unsafe and uninhabitable, and we had no choice but to book another place.I would not recommend this property to anyone.

First, the property is beautiful and the location is great! You are nestled in a mountain in the rainforest. Upon arrive, you are only given 30 minutes to inspect the property for any issues. It takes 15 minutes to get up the steps, find and open the lock boxes and get in the different entries. This isn't enough time to report any issues. The property description isn't clear on how many steps it is to get to the house. It is very difficult for anyone with mobility challenges. There is another entrance but it is difficult to find, there are no clear directions on how to access it and it is not well maintained so it felt like off-roading in a van. The communication with the host was not great using the VRBO app. It's clear that they are only monitor it during business hours on weekdays. We did experience one room and bathroom not being cleaned. It had dirty towels and sheets along with hair in the bathroom and shower. The pool area is great! The decor is beautiful. There is a separate hot tub but the heat element is not turned on. We did experience a couple of power outages but the generator is huge and took care of that. The town of Rio Grande is close and has a lot of shops and places to eat. There is easy access to the highway and Luquillo beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The internet access was a little slow but enough to check emails and social media. Nature sounds are great. Great place for a secluded getaway but with access to everythning.
