Situated within the prestigious Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Beach Golf Resort, complete with a Casino and the Mandara Spa, this property delivers the ultimate peaceful escape.

The penthouse features 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2.5 bathrooms for your comfort. (Additional sleeping accommodations can be arranged upon request).

The kitchen is a culinary haven, thoughtfully designed with an open layout that showcases breathtaking views.

The adjacent dining table is ideally positioned for enjoying meals while soaking in the stunning scenery.

The expansive terrace is the crown jewel of this property, offering panoramic vistas, a cozy couch seating area, a dining table, and a convenient counter connected to the kitchen. It’s the perfect setting for relaxation, entertaining, or simply embracing the serene beauty of your surroundings.
To enhance your beach experience, the villa is fully equipped with beach chairs, a cooler, and an umbrella for your convenience. Beach access is available through a designated access area. We highly recommend renting a golf cart to make transporting your cooler and chairs to the beach effortless.

This villa rental guarantees the availability of a golf cart for rent upon prior request. Golf carts, the primary mode of transportation within the resort, are available at $65 plus tax per day.

Important Note:
During high-occupancy periods, such as major holiday weekends, access to certain restaurants may be limited, especially if the hotel rooms and Margaritaville Vacation Club are fully booked, as these accommodations do not have kitchen facilities. This happens rarely and typically only on special occasions. They did not restrict the use on any holidays in 2024.
