Hi, we appreciate your comment about our staff! We are aiming for our locals to be very accommodating and friendly to guests. Regarding the chairs inside the room, we are currently requesting a report on our housekeeping. All rooms are provided with glass pitchers for guest use. All guests are allowed to use it to get water from the restaurant dispensers and can be requested using the intercom. Regarding the coffee, it is complementary and unlimited during breakfast. We do hope that all guests understand that we are aiming to be eco-friendly and limit the use of disposable plastics to avoid contributing plastic waste such as water bottles and plastic sachets. Thank you for your comment, however, if you do not honestly declare the total number of heads upon reservation, you will be charged at the resort accordingly. For this, we already contacted Expedia Groups regarding the advertising they are doing as it needed correction especially the number of persons per room and the corresponding rate as to not confuse the guest with excess head charges. Dear Guest: Your reservation for a Standard Room is typically made for 2 persons only. Since you opted to get it for 3 persons, it is normal to make the room smaller. All Standard Rooms have the same measurements and dimensions, the arrangement of beds, etc. can make the area look smaller. Regarding food, it has been adjusted and measured for the total number of persons only as indicated to avoid food waste.

For other guests reference, Family rooms/Premiere Rooms maximum capacity is 8 adults and 2 adults and 1 child for the standard rooms and is only suitable for couples and not families with 2 children. All additional toiletries can be requested at the front desk/ housekeeping personnel available. All cooking appliances are not allowed inside the rooms for safety and cleanliness purposes, however, coffee, hot and cold water, and other beverages are available at the restaurant near the rooms.
