気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

宿泊費は非常に高いが施設は三ツ星クラス並

２泊した。元々旧市街に宿泊したかったが満室で出来ず、止む無くここにした。それでもＨｙａｔｔと言う名前と、部屋代の高さに最高級ホテルかと思っていたが予想外れでがっかりした。どう見ても三ツ星クラスで部屋も狭い。フロントでその旨言うと一人なので狭い部屋にしたとのこと。朝食付きだが、レストランと言うのは無く、フロントの横の夜はバーとなるカウンターで食事も粗末。

The Hyatt House is a great place to stay! It’s located very close to the T-Mobile Center, and Condados beach. They have a shuttle that runs daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm that takes you to old San Juan, a beach and the T-Miobile Center. Ubers are also readily available during the day and very reasonable. This hotel is super clean. Has a great breakfast and has staff that are very friendly and always ready to help! Will stay again!

Very clean hotel. Extremely pleasant & helpful staff. I have never seen such a spread for a hotel breakfast buffet. Everything was great!

Perfect safe hotel for a family vacation to Puerto Rico. Easy walking distance to restaurants and events and free shuttle into Old San Juan. Excellent parking for a rental car is an added bonus

Loved the stay here I just wish it had more things to do around it. The rooms were nice and clean and the pool was also nice I just wish they had a jacuzzi.

The worst service I’ve ever received at a hotel. They didn’t want to provide daily housekeeping service. After begrudgingly agreeing to do so it would only be done until the afternoon everyday. The lady at the omelette station was super rude and made the smallest and stingiest omelettes ever. The cleaning staff at the dining room were also rude. The safe box didn’t have battery. The WiFi didn’t work any day in the room. Not even after several complains.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary. Our stay was so Pleasant. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet gave us a good start to each day. The shuttle was convenient going to T mobile district , the Beach and Old San Juan. We would stay there again. Book it.

The property really felt like home and is easily accessible to san juan attractions. Had a great time at the hotel bar meeting fellow travelers.

Although check in states 4pm, staff stated they could have until 6 pm to get rooms ready. The lobby was filled with many people waiting to check in after 4.

Liked the property as a whole. Room was 2 hours late being ready. In house dining was very iffy. Food was decent. It took 1 hour to get food. They were very short staffed. Bartender was chef as well.

We spend two nights at Hyatt House San Juan. We really enjoyed our stay, as the staff is very kind and helpful. The Hotel ist very clean. It is very good located, close to San Juan Bay. In addition, they offer a shuttle to the beach and old San Juan. There are several restaurants close by. During daytime it is sometimes a little noisy, as the hotel is located next to a small airport and the entry for trucks bringing goods to the container port. However, it was quiet during the night.

I've had a lot free of hotel breakfasts but this one was positively dreadful. No lunch or dinner options -- only a long walk to the Sheraton. Waited an hour for the shuttle in old town to return to the Hyatt. The whole place seemed overpriced, worn and can't compete. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Highly recommend

We checked into a horrible airbnb and needed to find alternate accommodations immediately. I spoke with Sarah at Hyatt House after booking on hotels.com and she said we could store our luggage there before check-in and use the free shuttle. She even called us a cab. Service was great. Room was great. Nothing bad to say about our stay here.
