I made a reservation for this hotel in June 2021, my stay was supposed to be on December 4, 2021. But when I arrived there, the security officer told me that the hotel was closed for over 4 months ago. I didnt recieved ANY kind of advice or notification from the hotel about it's closure. I have no place to stay for that night. It was a very disgusting experience. Orbitz should contact administrators, request some kind of explanations and inform the customers.
EXPEDIA SHOULD STATE THAT IT NOT A VACATION HOTEL BUT MORE OF A HOTEL FOR FAMILIES WHO HAVE LOVED ONES IN THE HOSPITAL… it’s on the 4th floor of the hospital!!!!

Toilet no bajaba bien. No tenía nevera para ara poder poner leche para mi niño.
Please do not stay here. The hotel inms in the hospital

Not for the discerning traveler
This hotel is in a floor of a hospital that was converted hospital rooms. The fixtures were warped, the shower sprayed everywhere, the ceiling tiles were bubbled. I was not at ease. You know on all the lifetime movies where the woman is escaping a bad relationship and she needs to hide out in a motel and put on a wig then needs to escape by jumping on the roof because the ex found her? Thats what the room felt like. I booked another room at a different hotel.
The staff was very friendly and attentive. I arrived at night and entrance to the hotel is not easy to find. It took me over 20 minutes, asking two guards on duty, and several u-turns to figure it out. No clear signs anywhere. The building is very moldy on the outside (street and sidewalks), and stairs are rough. Good luck with your luggage. The room smelled a bit but the bed and bathroom were clean. All in all not worth the $180 I paid. It would have been Ok to pay $70 at most. Terrible pricing for the value!!
First off the hotel is in a hospital. Yes a hospital. The sheets and towels were disgusting. Stains that were black and blood stains on them. The curtains had the same blood stains on themes well. There were roaches by the one microwave the floor of the hotel was on. The room was extremely cold and you could never turn the air off. The elevator didn’t open sometimes and felt like it was gonna break down every time you used it. The “restaurant” in the building is the hospital cafeteria. Also there was a blackout for approximately six to eight hours and there was no communication from the staff at all on anything that’s was going on in town, no candles provided, no one cared about the people staying at the hotel. And let’s not forget the obnoxious fire alarm going off and staff not saying if it was real or if it was by accident. When I went to the front desk to see if there was something actually happening he said someone must by smoking in his room and did not care to attend to noise mean while it was 3 am in the morning and definitely disturbing peoples sleep. All in All DO NOT STAY HERE go somewhere else and enjoy your vacation.
I have never heard of a hotel being inside of a hospital. That’s absolutely the most unsafe thing to do, especially when there’s a pandemic lurking. This place SHOULD NOT be listed as hotel…it’s a hospital…point blank period. This was one of the most horrible, paranoid experience ever!
I LOVE THAT ITS SAFE AND THERE IS A HOSPITAL DOWNSTAIRS. THE CAFETERIA FOOD IS GREAT AND VERY AFFORDABLE.

If you need an affordable room.
It was an Ok stay. Exactly what I imagined for a hospital hotel. We were staying overnight to catch a flight the next day. Its on the 4th floor of the Cardiovascular dept. No parking close to the hotel. You must use the $2.00 per hour parking thats pretty far. You must go down an elevator, cross a bridge, down two different flights of stairs then up the elevator to the hotel. Very inconvenient. Air conditioner is on freezing and you cant change it. The sorroundings of the hotel are in terrible conditions. Overall, its exactly what you pay for. No bed bugs, bed sheets were clean and staff was meh.

The staff was pleasant, there’s absolutely no cable and it’s on the 4th floor a hospital which was very awkward overall it was ok
The hotel is not worth the amount of money you pay for it. My Husband and I booked this hotel for our 40th years anniversary trip to PR of course this was not pur main hotel for our stay, we just needed a hotel to sleep for some hours since we had an overnight flight to San Juan, before arriving I made sure I call and ask for a late check out, because we needed some time to sleep, they told me over the phone they were going to put on their system to give us until 2pm, when we were there they started calling us since 12 noon to leave the room, and we arrived at 4:30am how can this be possible?? Awful service on this hotel for not accomating to their guests with special flight times. Plus the beds were not comfortable, and the hotel is old and not as expected.
The staff was good in responding to customers even if the customer didn't speak English but after that, the facilities were least to say needing improvements. One person tends to run the whole floor. No amenities provided. The parking was expensive ($10-15 per night). There was mold near the vent above the door. Cosmetic damage to the room prior to arrival. Half of the only available outlet wax working.
I didn't like not one thing about this place, it's inside of a hospital , u have to park far away and if u come back to the hotel after ten the gate is locked and you have to walk even further to get into the hospital/hotel 😡 also it's one floor with no amenities no microwave and a loud scary elevator they need to shut this place down!! And I want my money back!!!!!!!!
