「Bed size is small. bathroom is a little dirty. Towels were worn out too. The next morning, the sound of the hotel expansion work was very loud. The construction workers were able to see inside our room. Then, I closed the curtain, Therefore, we could not see a pleasant morning sun. However, only the air conditioner is made of the latest Daikin and is comfortable. Security guards stay at the gates 24 hours a day and are sure to be a safe hotel. 」

「Arrived in their place but apparently it wasnt booked by expedia and told us weve been scammed. Contacted expedia and they said casa calungsod will email us. Received an email from them and the reason why they cant accommodate us is technical glitch. Asked for a refund but up to now no refund Received.Holiday ruined. Travelled all the way from ilocos just to find out we are not booked.」
