Todo es excelente lo único que encontré problemas fue el estacionamiento que se hace complicado el salir del caminando hacia el hotel, algo bueno que también tiene es que en el elevador principal se encuentra la cafetería de hospital que es una ventaja para comer cerca, bueno y económico

Nice property, area around it is sketchy but good locks once inside and great to be right near train. Not much to eat around there so have plans to go somewhere else. Great wifi. Good for a working trip. Budget friendly.

Great property, very clean. However, random spot. ( in the hospital). Regardless is a great place! People were calm and nice. Also, mall was like 5 mins away without traffic so Uber was cheap to go.

Besides being very difficult to locate appropriate parking, the main entrance was also not well defined. Even though I booked through a 3rd party site, I did contact the location directly regarding an expected late check-in, the staff was unconcerned with confirming my reservation or even taking my name and I was assured all would be ok. When I arrived, they had no rooms available for me. I was given a maintenance room (one that had not been cleaned in-between stays) as the only one available. What other choice would I have at 3am, when I planned to be up and out by 7am. There was also no effort to offer anything compensatory for the extreme inconvenience.

The Ficus Hotel in the Centro Cardiovascular de Puerto Rico y del Caribe is on the UPR campus, so convenient for me as a visiting professor. However, the rooms are COLD, and the AC only adjustable by turning it off. Rooms are otherwise fine. TV choices very limited.

Was very difficult finding the entrance behind the hospital! The restaurants were close but very hard to find. The room was a very small with none functioning windows and a full size bed. Felt like $ 35 dollar night motel.

The hotel is Ok for what I need but it needs maintenance. The hot water in the shower did not work. some of the electrical outlets don't work.

El Hotel está dentro del Centro médico, ideal para personas que van a acompañar pacientes en tratamiento o personas con tratamientos ambulatorios. El piso del hotel y habitaciones limpias, amplias, ideal para sillas de ruedas y personas con cierta discapacidad. Atentos los empleados. El inconveniente es el parqueo, es algo incómodo de accesar, pero no un impedimento para no usarlo. Está en excelente ubiación y fácil acceso a la av. principal. Precio y facilidades acorde. Mi observación en la habitación es almohadas sumamente incómodas (durísimas) y no hay una caja fuerte para las pertenencias. Pero en general, usaría el hotel nuevamente.

This property is the grossest place I have physically ever stayed for the price we payed it was not worth it at all I’ve seen motels way nicer than this. When you get there you are genuinely walking into an emergency room and going in an elevator to the 4th floor where the hotel is that smells entirely like mildew. Then to make matters worse the sheets are not cleaned when we asked for new ones they said house keeping was not there anymore. Looked like housekeeping was never there. Hair all over the bathroom that wasn’t ours. This was absolutely disgusting. Do not stay here!!!

First of all the place is like inside a hospital which was weird, they don’t have their own parking either so you have to pay a public parking. When we got there it looked nice, we had bought pizza to eat at the hotel, but when we were half way, I noticed a bunch of ants crawling into our food!! So I talked to the staff and they took care of it immediately, they gave us a new room but sadly we had to throw our food away. The place was clean but very old building. My family and I were there to sleep for a couple of hours before catching our flight. so for a couple of hours it’s okay but I wouldn’t stay there longer than that. Staff was great just very old building.
