This modern and cozy villa is located on Rio Mar's Ocean’s golf course at Rio Mar’s exclusive resort.
It's fully equipped for your convenience including WIFI and is very comfortable for a family of 4. The balcony/terrace is directly overlooking the Famous Ocean's Golf Course. Rio Mar is an exclusive resort for a relax and fun vacation with your family.
The Villa is a 2 bedroom 2 baths, with ample space and a fully equipped kitchen with all your needs. Includes washer and dryer as well. The terrace has a BBQ you may use and everything you need to have a relax time.

Wanted to give 5 Stars but they get 4.5 Read on to find out why
The actual rental is fantastic. The Kitchen was well stocked, even had wine and liquor bottles in the Fridge. The super large TV was a welcome sight. Ice cold AC on all areas including the common living room which was a big plus. Fans galore! Reserved parking, super secure area with guard house at each entry point. Walking distance to a private beach. All amenities are provided. All this qualifies for a 5 Star accommodation, so Why not give 5 stars? For the reasons below (1) Communication is almost non existent beyond the bare minimum needed to check into the place. I had sent messages thru VRBO app before booking and after booking which were not answered in a timely manner or never answered at all. (2) It would be nice to have a cable or satellite connection to the TV so we can catch up on news events. WE were limited to Prime video/ Netflix etc etc streaming services plus Samsung plus which provides consolidated news. (3) the condition of beach chairs was bad. please buy 4 new beach chairs Do we recommend this to Friends, Absolutely Yes. We felt safe to leave our passports in the house while we went on excursions, this place is 10 minutes from Laquillo beach and 35 minutes from San Juan airport! you need a rental car but that is standard if you want to go see things. oh, 10 minutes from El Yunque!!!

Ok But could be so much better
Accommodation clean but missing a lot of essentials. Ie Furniture in bedrooms very basic Ikea bed, night table and light. but no drawers to put any clothing in. So basically living out of your suitcase. Dishes and glasses only 4 so difficult to set a table. Basically take from fry pan to plate. Water dripping from fridge to kitchen floor. Should be fixed. As I said livable but with a little effort so much better.
