My mom and I stayed for 7 nights. We were visiting her homeland, seeing friends and family, so the location was perfect, very central for our needs. Everything about this rental was great, facilitated by the thorough guidebook that was sent to us ahead of time and Ivan’s availability for all questions. Check-in was super simple, and the building is very secure with several keyed entry points even before the apt (the Condado area is very touristy and generally pretty safe, but it settled my mom’s concerns). The interior was very clean and neat. My mom used the bed and I took the sofa bed, which was fine for a week. The kitchen area was fully equipped (small apt fridge, micro, stovetop, toaster oven, plates etc for 4, plenty of drinking glasses/wine glasses/coffee cups). The coffee bar was stocked and ready to go (see guide for instructions on the machine). There’s also a hi-top dining table for 4. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and we each had a bath towel AND a beach towel available. Speaking of beach, you’re only 2 blocks from the sand and water at this place!I didn’t take any pictures, but to be honest, we don’t come to PR to stay inside any place for long! This unit met ALL our needs: clean, very good a/c, great response time with ALL our questions, and a great location. We’ll definitely keep this place in mind and recommend it to friends too.
