Beautiful Beach Getaway!

Beautifully maintained beach villa. Cozy and comfortable, steps from the beach and a short drive to the kiosks. Easy checkin and great communication with host.

Great location!

This house served our needs perfectly. We loved that we could walk 2 minutes to a beach perfect for boogie boarding or drive 3 minutes down the road to a very nice, calm beach. Astoria was great with communication anytime we needed her. I highly recommend this property.

Luquillo beach stay

We enjoyed our three night stay very much. The condo was very clean. We were in a great location to visit nearby El Yunque National Forest, the beach, kayaking the bioluminescent bay and Hacienda Muñoz coffee plantation in San Lorenzo. Great stay and Astoria was a great host!

We loved every second of being at this property! Beach was a short walk away, neighbors were friendly, and the host was very accommodating and available for questions. Would stay again 100%!!!! Property was clean and well put together!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My son and I really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The property was easy to find, short distance from the main Rd. It was also right down the street from a beautiful beach which was only a brief walk away. Communication was a breeze and the property was spotless. Such a cozy condo. Hope to visit again soon! Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Perfect spot.

We loved everything about our stay. Perfectly located, half a block from beautiful Playa Azul, short walk into town for drinks and food (options even just around the corner). Also a quick drive to El Yunque. The apartment is super clean, comfortable and welcoming, with everything you need including beach towels and chairs. Highly recommend!!

Great location and condo

The condo is perfect. The location is perfect; a couple of minutes to visit a wonderful swimming beach and just a short drive to El Yunque National Forest. Great dining options near the condo. It’s just a short 30 min trip to San Juan. The condo is clean and well equipped with quality. E we stayed at multiple VRBO properties, but Astoria’s was by far our favorite. We will book this one again.

Excellent!

We had a great time despite the less-than-perfect weather. The inside of this place is very beautiful, feels modern and new. It's a walking distance from the beach and restaurants, and a short drive from El Yunque.

Love it here!

Very clean and practical. Pretty quiet *neighbors can be heard in bedroom but they didnt hang out late* Being able to walk to the water daily and just inhale and exhale was my highlight of the experince.

A couple of blocks' walk from a pretty beach!

The place is small, but efficiently furnished. They have thought of details most other places don't provide, and were appreciated. The few minor issues that prevented us giving 5 stars across the board are easily correctible, and we've mentioned them to the hostprivately. Astoria's English is perfect. She was easily reachable. Her cleaning lady was very helpful too. Definitely recommend staying here.

I would definitely book again. Clean, comfortable, minutes to the beach. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was stocked. Groceries were nearby and lots of activities to keep us busy. The only thing I’d say- and this seemed to be true all around PR. Signage, street signs and determining which place you rented was a bit challenging.

Perfect getaway

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It is close to supermarket and Walgreen's and restaurants. The walk to the beach is short and the beach is huge, not crowded. Very close to the rain forest. We had a fantastic trip. We left a small umbrella but be careful with the wind, it might take flight. Beach chairs, toys etc are there and the outside water helped to rinse all the sand off before you go inside. The air conditioning works well. Highly recommend.

Totally amazing, will visit again!

Such a great experience. Short drive from the airport and a quick walk to the beach. It doesn't get better. The host was super communicative and friendly. My husband and i were down celebrating our 5 year wedding anniversary and there was a bottle of prosecco waiting for us on the counter! The thoughtful touches like that are evidenced throughout- hose on the front porch to wash off sand, beach chairs of several variety, a beach bag with built in cooler etc it was all just right. The air conditioning was perfect and fast after a long day out in the heat. The bedroom is nice and dark and cool which is very necessary. I can't say enough good things. We would love to stay here again.

Great Location

This unit is in a great location. Short walk to a great beach and beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and rolling cooler provided. There was a food truck most days. Late Sunday afternoon, we had an unexpected surprise - a live band on the beach! So enjoyable. We were not far from El Yunque and went hiking twice. Also had a terrific day with Sail Getaways Catamaran snorkling tour. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything needed including PR coffee. Especially appreciated that shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided. There was a slight noise issue when in the bedroom as you could hear the people upstairs, birds (through the night), barking dogs, and the rooster in the early morning. Got used to it after the first night and ear plugs would have also taken care of it. All in all, a great place for the price.
