It was hot and by the airport, no stove, hot plates in the outdoor kitchen. Front door needs to be fixed, but it was Puerto Rico! So it was a good time with the best food!

We were mostly out during the day and only used the place to sleep for five days. Overall, it felt safe & quiet which we appreciated. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved for future guests: the TV remote wasn’t working properly, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the linens and pillows didn’t smell fresh. There was also some dust under the bed. While the stay was manageable, these small touches made it a bit less comfortable than expected.

Amazing reat location close to restaraunts and beaches

Was amazin if you looking for a safe clean peaceful place to vacation I recomend 100% the host very resposive in addressing any concern you might have close to everything quiet area easy to locate

Basic place to stay for small family.

This place worked okay for my family of 5 since just needed a place to sleep for 3 nights. The house has all the basic necessities like 2 beds and a futon in one bedroom with an AC. The bathroom and kitchen and living room were clean but again basic. Great location near the airport and places to eat and buy groceries. Check in process was easy and the host always communicated with me.

So nice and amazing

Vivian was a great host and my friends and I highly recommend. We were there a couple days for spring break and Vivian provided us towels that she washed each day without us asking since we forgot to bring us. Also the place come with a hot plate and pots and pans too!

A cute apartment in a nice neighborhood. Not a 5 star hotel, but that's not what we were looking for. We wanted to stay in a typical residential area, and this one was very nice. The host, Vivian, was fantastic !! When Tropical Storm Ernesto came by and knocked out the power, she stopped several times to see if we were ok and if we needed anything, brought us ice, coffee, and jugs of water, charged our phones in her car, and offered to run us to the store if we needed anything. She made a difficult situation much easier. We will definitely come stay again when there isn't a storm and there IS power.

Good over all but it lacks proper AC. The fans just create hot air, the only ac unit it’s upstairs it’s not hot enough to Cool off entire floor. The shower head has low pressure and it’s extremely hot. Other than that, nice place

Bad experience

I would never rent this property again. I don’t recommend it to no one very hot in the house no air condition the kitchen it’s in the outdoor lizard. Cats flies goes all over the place and all over your food. The place is dingy. The sink in the bathroom is clogged. The door in the bedroom is very suffocating. You’re planning to have a nice vacation do not rent this and the house smells like old strange orders smells like mildew also place, mosquitoes are The host is very mean aggressive wild in that house

The place is in need of TLC. Basic cleaning especially in the outside kitcen. Lighting is poor. The kitchen is under equipped with plates and cutlery, kettle, etc. Ceiling fans are noisey. No AC downstairs. Upstairs the AC is noisy. I gave it 3 stars because the host was responsive l.
