The apartment itself has everything anyone could ask for and there were also many extras like tea coffee etc. toothpaste and sunblock laid on. Attention to detail is very helpful. 「Vilaflor is truly a hidden gem in Tenerife. And to be able to stay in such a quiet, affordable, simple and well-run place was a joy. The staff were nice and helpful and the place simply had a very beautiful charm. In the mountains you can relax and breathe and we really appreciated having Ziggys as a temporary home. This makes us happy to come back!」

"館内は清潔でした。ハーフボードのブッフェも夜は毎日メニューが変わるので飽きることなく楽しめます(朝食はほぼ同じだったように思います)。利用はしていませんが、ブッフェ以外にも館内にレストランがいくつかあります。 子供用の遊具やプールもあるので家族連れでのんびりするには良いホテルだと思います。"
