Estimado Sr. Jose.Los beneficios de VIP de mejora de habitación queda sujetos a la disponiblidad del momento de llegada, este nunca se confirma antes de la llegada.Usted se presentó a las 10pm y exigió mejora de habitación aún cuando no había ninguna. Adicionalmente, solicitó la devolución de dinero por esto, razón por la cual se llamó al Gerente para autorizar la misma, sin embargo, decidió quedarse.
