Basics unavailable

No water in bathroom sink, bedside drawer didn’t open, once staff got internet working there was still no tv signal. Wrote to host for a discount and never heard back.

Fantastic peaceful oasis.

This was a real gem to find and provided an enjoyable place to stay on an unplanned trip to San Jose. Only 4 blocks to the US Embassy/Consulate which was the purpose of our trip. The host was absolutely wonderful and the owner provided excellent advice regarding navigating the area and issues we had to deal with (covid testing, local transportation, etc). Although we had not planned on going to San Jose during this trip (or needing an emergency replacement passport either) this place provided an oasis to enjoy calmness in spite of situational calamity. The waterfall garden courtyard was great. We now know where we will be staying on our planned trips to San Jose! Pura Vida!
