良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We are a young couple (28f 27m), no kids, and had no prior experience doing the all inclusive resort thing so this was a first for us. Tip number 1: READ REVIEWS but take them with a grain of salt. -Yes, avoid the timeshare people in the lobby when checking out. I had to be somewhat rude to get them to leave us alone and allow us to go to our room. -No, the food was not horrible. We've been back home for a month and I still miss it. Some things are great, most things are good, some things are no bueno, just throw it out. -We dont drink alcohol so I cannot comment on that part. -Yes, the timeshare members do get some special benefits (like different colored towels at the pool, and exclusive bars with supposedly better alcohol) and yes staff does treat them a bit better than if you book through expedia, costco, etc but we didnt mind. Housekeeping was great, staff was amazing. We only left the property two times (fishing trip and art walk, both were amazing) simply because we had such a good time at the resort we never felt the need to leave. We participated in a lot of the daily activities (water aerobics, beach volleyball, water volleyball, foam party) even though we didnt think we would. Beach out front of the resort is not swimmable. We are going to try out the Royal Solaris Cancun resort because we loved this one so much.

Habiamos escojido esta hotel porque anteriormente ya habiamos ido, la comida estaba mucho mejor. Esta vez no habia variedad de comida, todos los dias eran los mismos menus en los mismos resturantes. Hamburguesas, papas Huevos chilaquiles Pare el lugar de la pizza me toco un dia hacer linea por casi dos horas y cuando me toco ya solo tenian pizzas de queso. El srvicio del hotel que puedo decir ya esta un poco viejo. Un dia nos quedamos encerrados en el baño no se pudo abrir la puerta. Tubo que ir el de mantenimiento no podian quitar la chapa, tuvieron que cortar parte de la puerta para quitar la chapa. Dijeron que al siguiente dia irian a poner otra puerta nunca fueron. Asi que por el resto de los tres dias que nos quedaban no podiamos tener privacidad en el bano para bañarnos. Un dia no nos dejaron tuallas limpias tuvimos que hablar para que nos llevaran toallas. Las bebidas alcohólicas estaban super dulces no sabian a licor era mas azucar. El refrigerador del cuarto no lo surtian con aguas o bebidas teniamos que decirles. Lo unico que tenia era dos refrescos dos cervezas y dos aguas. De tan mal que estaba la comida tuvimos que salir mejor a comer afuera. Otros huspedes que conocimos tambien dijeron lo mismo de la comida. La verdad que por el precio aunque era un poco barato, no vale la pena hospedarse ahi.

My wife and I stayed here and were very excited but within 15 minutes of walking through the door did we realize what a huge mistake it was. Timeshare scam being pitched to us, member only alcohol and food leaving only poor quality available for the rest of us. We paid for all inclusive and thought this would mean we would have at least some decent food and drinks but it was not he case. Food was awful and almost impossible to make reservations at the resort’s restaurants. Drinks were extremely watered down to the point we suspected them filling the bottles with water and resealing them to save money. It looks beautiful but is actually cheap and the workers push the timeshare and all of them have different responses constantly to simple questions regarding reservations, laundry, activities outside resort. It seems they either really don’t know or they are trained to lie so you can never call them on it. Nice place if you’ve never stayed an actual nice hotel before, but if you have you will know immediately how terrible it is. Never staying here again as they seem to prey on the elderly or the uninformed financially so they can sell their timeshares. Side note the timeshares are not specific rooms. You will get different rooms each stay, good luck to those who bought into it. Unprofessional staff, disgusting food, near zero alcohol in all drinks to sum it up nicely.

We went here for vacation with another group of family and we experienced so many issues with our room: AC not working when its steaming hot, refrigerator leaking, broken toilet, faucet not draining, and to make matters worse we found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. When we brought these matters to the manager Ernesto he simply implied that we go somewhere else and did not offer a genuine apology. This hotel claims to family friendly but the adults arebt allowed to go on waterslides and the pools close early.

Pool, location, cleanliness, safety, and overall experience was just lovely!! The jacuzzi on the balcony was not private though which was quite strange. You can easily climb between balconies that are connected with their own jacuzzi so I dont think I would get that room again. But overall the hotel was great and I would definitely go back!

Likes: the layout of the room and the property. The flowers are so beautiful. The pool was a blast!! The dancers are very talented. Dislikes: the WiFi service was unreliable. Having to use the Solaris app for everything. Like dinner reservations, menus, services etc. never once did it work due to Technical difficulties. So just gave up and went to the guest services. Hearing the word No when asking or making A reasonable request. Such as asking for the items in the mini bar to be stocked. After the second day of not being done … had to go to the front desk to get bags of ground coffee (room service charge which wasn’t disclosed in booking). The front desk argued with me that the mini bar was stocked. Told me NO. It’s just 2 small bags Of coffee. Why would I go to all the effort to go to the front desk to ask for coffee?!? I am not a liar and felt like I had to defend myself. It was ridiculous. At the burger/lunch stand pool… had watched the server put pico de gallo and than guacamole in bowls for a waitress. There wasn’t pico de gallo on the self service bar. So after he was finished with her I politely asked for some pico Was told NO. Room service. There is a $5 fee. The person that delivered my order told me $6. Not so much about one dollar. It’s the principle of the matter. The food was inedible and very unappealing. In fact the absolute worst room service I have ever encountered. Go to this place with low expectations… so you won’t be disappointed.

This was absolutely the worst property. My family and I have ever stayed. the service was beyond subpar. We were repeatedly lied to about arrangements being made that never were. Our time was wasted, countless occasions, all for them to attempt to sell us a timeshare which we never opted into. Not one of the arranged restaurant reservations came to fruition. The building itself specifically the pool was falling apart with broken bars and dilapidated bridges over the pool. The staff was completely unaccommodating and dismissive at best. It was by far the worst property we’ve ever stayed at, and we will never ever return.
