OUR GUESTS will have access to the roof top POOL, Lounge area and Gym.
allso near the building they can go the best restaurants, shopping centers, and pubs, less than a mile away you have Blue Mall, Agora Mall, SilverSun and Acropolis Center. The apartment has one private indoor parking spot. We will provide you with the remote control for the gate in case you have a car. The parking is gated in the underground, has 24/7 security and security cameras.

-Guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation and a wristband will be provided.

-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 60 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through separately-.
