趣きのあるホテル。

中世の趣きが色濃く残っているサン・マッテオ通りに、溶け込むようにホテルがある。小さなホテルだが、部屋の作りはすべて異なる。通りに面しているが、とても静か。近くには、レストラン、土産物店も多く、ロケーションはとても良い。浴室が広く、バスタブもとても大きい。ただ、シャワーの水圧が低いのが難。

Beautiful Hotel. Everyone was so friendly. They make you feel like family. So glad we found this gem. Would definitely stay again when visiting Siena.

Great hotel in San Gimignano that is on the main road but away from the entrance most tourists come into town through. Excellent service.

We only stayed one night but staff and room were excellent. Staff were very helpful with directions and ordering a taxi. Breakfast was delicious and great variety! will stay again!

We have to say that it was probably one of the nicest places we stayed in a long time the family that runs it I think it’s two sisters and a brother we’re just unbelievable as the old fashion really successful Italian way of running a hotel that’s all I can say the food was great for breakfast their services impeccable they have a passion and love for their business and it shows We totally recommend it wholly,wholly It’s a no-brainer

Une belle atmosphère

Un hôtel charmant, labyrinthique, emprunt d'une belle atmosphère, un peu hors du temps et du flot touristique qui se déverse dans les rues autour. L'accueil est des plus chaleureux et le personnel dans son ensemble est d'une grande amabilité. La salle des petits déjeuners est vaste et agréable, et la petite terrasse intérieure est idéale pour un bain de tranquillité. Le tarif des consommations m'a paru un peu exagéré. Notre chambre était spacieuse et dans un bon état général. Doubles vitrages, persiennes et volets intérieurs. L'antique puits existe toujours et on peut visiter les sous-sols avec des vestiges de structures.

One of our rooms was very pretty with Frescos. Beat cellar with old well. AC was very poor and rooms were uncomfortably warm (July trip) at night. Also, no clear instructions about arrival and we carried our luggage all the way up hill. It turns out, one can drive!

Our air conditioned system is regularly working and we regret not be promptly informed to assist you to check and set the unit in your room for a comfortable sleep. We are available 24hours and it is always disappointing when we are not given immediately the opportunity to address eventual issues to guarantee a very pleasant stay to our guests and not receive an avoidable negative comment . All our guests are allowed to drive to the front of the hotel to unload and load your luggage 24/24 , then the car must then be parked in one of the parkings just outside the walls about 300-400 meters walk: free parking are also available near by. An elevator is available from parking lot to walk back to the hotel. We recommend all our guests to read and follow detailed instructions received with confirmation email. Also, an automatic sending of an extra message with parking info is active on Expedia after received your confirmation. It is also very useful to watch our youtube video available on our web site or just googling "driving to hotel antico pozzo" We are also available 24hours over the phone and whatsapp for any assistance to get to the hotel We thank you for being our guest and look forward to welcome you at L'Antico Pozzo Emanuele

Great stay at San Gimignano

The room was old styled but very clean, the hotel is in an old fort style building with probably countless memories and history. The terrace is perfect for a quiet moment and for breakfast. Friendly staff and unique type of hotel, highly recommended

Does the job for one night

This was grand for one night. Small double bed, poor air conditioning. If anyone was moving around the hotel (returning, early risers, kids etc it was audible. Good location in the town. Clean, nice front desk.

Charming boutique hotel right in the center of town. The woman that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Bathroom could use an update. There was a glass door separating the hall to our room with the breakfast area, which made the room quiet.
