雰囲気は悪くない。
ホテルの位置は電車の駅にも近く、ケーブルカーの駅にも近いが、治安はあまりよくない。繁華街には2ブロックほどの距離だが、裸足の人が居たり、夜は騒がしくポリスの出動も数回あり。工事中の建物が多いので、数年後には好転してるかも。ホテル自体は古いアパートを改装したようで雰囲気は悪くない。エレベーターもレトロだし。ただ、シャワーが出なかったり、その他少し残念なところもあるが、宿泊代を考慮すれば、致し方なし。 チェックイン、チェックアウトはスムーズ。

立地はよいが、周りの環境が最悪。浮浪者がホテルの周りに多くいるし小便臭い匂いが漂っている。エアコンはどの部屋にもない。扇風機とオイルヒータのみ。窓のブラインドを開けると周りのビルから丸見え、上の部屋の足音が聞こえるし、周辺の工事の音も一晩中聞こえた。女性客は止まらない方がよい。 ツインベッドルームにはバスルームはないし、トイレもない。 早めに予約したが価格もそれなりの値段であった。待てはもう少し安く泊まれたのではないかと思う。 フロントは一人で、時間ごとに交代するので連絡が伝わらないケースもある。

熱い日に西向きの部屋に宿泊し、エアコンがなく、扇風機しかなく、熱がこもってあまりの暑さで部屋にに居られない状態でした。ゴキブリもそこら辺にいて、シャワーの水が冷水にのようで、温度調整ができない。部屋の防音がなく、外からの音がうるさかった。ダウンタウンに近いだけは唯一の良い点です。夜に泊まるだけで昼はほとんど外にいるならいいかもしれない。

ダウンタウンの安価なホテル
空港からダウンタウンまでバートを利用するため、パウエル駅に近いホテルを探していました。このホテルは古くエアコンが無くて快適ではありませんが、部屋は小さいながら設備は全て揃っており、また簡単な朝食が付いていたこと、宿泊費が安いのも満足した理由です。ケーブルカー発着所やマーケットストリートのバス停に近くて便利なホテルですが欠点をあげるとすれば周辺にホームレスが多く、夜中まで車の騒音がひどいことです。

部屋にシャワー、トイレが付いてません。部屋やシャワーの臭いがひどく芳香剤を買いました。町の臭いもひどいです。治安の悪い場所でパトカーのサイレンやホームレスが怒鳴っていて夜中うるさくて寝れません。安くても違がうホテルをおすすめします

風呂トイレ別に耐えられるなら可。 最低限のものは揃っているので、ホステルには泊まれないけど個室に安く泊まりたい方向き。 名物はエレベーター。 Powel駅に近いので交通の便は良い。夜も交通量は多いので、何もなく暗い場所よりは安心感ある。多分。

ロケーションに注意
サンフランシスコでこの値段のホテルとしては普通かもしれない。部屋の清潔さはそれほど悪くないが、トイレやシャワーが共用なので、旅慣れていない人にはお勧めしない。周辺エリアは、通る道によってはちょっと物騒な雰囲気なので、夜遅くに出入りする際には注意が必要。とc移管がないなら単独行動は避けた方がよさそう。

A historic hotel built in 1907. The rooms are very small with limited rooms with your own private bathroom. Because of the current construction in front of the hotel, sidewalks are closed and construction noise is prevalent. Overall the hotel rooms are clean and well-maintained.

I actually did not spend the night at the hotel because when I arrived there was vast homelessness and drug use outside, but I had friends that week stay there. They said the rooms were clean, but they did not have air conditioning and had a communal bathroom.

Every facility is unsafe. Especially the area around the property. There's construction going on and the hotel is old. Elevator is unmatch, it's like tower of terror ride. It feels like it's breaking in no time. Footsteps can be heard in room. It's crazy.

The hotel lobby and my room appeared to be updated and clean until as soon as I walked into my room, and turned on the light, a baby roach greeted me!!! I immediately walked out. I didn’t even see the bathroom or any other areas..After back n forth, I got my security cash deposit back. I was told they’d release my other money back in the morning. 4/30 still waiting for the refund. However, the front desk guy was wasn’t mean or rude. Despite what I was told by people who claim to know the area, it’s the Tenderloin. A mecca for homeless, etc. 2-3 blocks from 5th St - Civic Center BART.

For the price it's definitely a good place to stay with closeness to Bill Graham, BART, and a couple of small hole in the wall restaurants and convenience stores. . The sheets I had were not clean at all and covered in stains which I think we all know where they're from (they did not have bed bugs that I could tell which was nice). The bathroom is a shared one and key me tell you now, it's SF so when I was there, walked in one morning to a seat smeared with feces and I was disgusted and refused to use the bathrooms there. . The staff were nice tho and like I said for 2 beds a fridge, TV, WiFi, and a microwave it was a good price but could've been way better as well.

Personalet var meget hjælpsomme ifht forespørgsler. Vi overnattede i 6 nætter men fik ikke rengøring på vores værelse på trods af at vi hang et skilt på dørhåndtaget om at få gjort rent. Sengene var komfortable men det nederste lagen var beskidt ved ankomst.
