とても良かったです、がしかし一点だけ…
部屋は十分な広さ28平米で、２人でもこの広さなら導線がぶつからずに快適です。スタッフもフレンドリーで、チェックインの時もロビーで待っていたら、時間前なのに顔を覚えていてくれて、カードキーを持ってきてくれました。ひとつだけ言うのであれば、部屋のシャワーの水圧がもう少し欲しかったです。

ノードストームの横で立地がとても良かったです。電気ポットがついていなかったのですが、リクエストしたらスタッフが部屋まで届けてくれました。24時間使えるジムもよかったです。

サンフランシスコの交通の起点の一つ、 パウエルストリート駅に近いことがまず魅力です。 どこに行くのにも、大変便利でした。 スタッフの明るく前向きな接客に、疲れが癒されました。 大変、フレンドリーでした。 内装は、英国風なロックスタイルです。 大変クールで尖がっています。 非常にセンスのよいホテルでした。 ぜひ、また泊まりたいと思いました。

Location was good
観光するには便利なロケーションです。地下鉄、空港からのBARTの駅も近く、ケーブルカーの始発駅がすぐ近くです。治安も隣のブロックに行かない限り問題なし。ホテルのがいいデザインは良かったですし、清潔でした。ただ、クローゼット内の引き出しが建て付け悪く開かないので使えませんでした。また、清掃は無料のミネラルウォーターとかエスプレッソ補充し忘れていてイマイチでした。

便利で清潔、洗練されたホテルだがフロントの応対はイマイチ
部屋は清潔で洗練されていてオシャレです。 隣はショッピングモールで駅も近くロケーションは最高です。 不満点は チェックイン時に部屋番号を間違えられ客室とフロントを重い荷物を抱えて2往復しなければならなかった。 また、フロントの新聞の在庫がなくどこで買えるかを聞いたところ、向かいの店にあると言われたが置いてなかった。 フロントの応対はイマイチだと感じた。 部屋の椅子のキャスターが転がり過ぎて安定しない。 バスタブがどの部屋にもない(シャワーのみ) その上、シャワーが弱い。

Clean property, pretty modern and conveniently located close to UoP school and other spots. Staff is friendly. Parking is not convenient, they offer a valet only service where they park your car off premise for $65 per night.

Great service
From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, the staff was amazing and super helpful. The rooms were nice and featured fun amenities. The only drawback was the daily $35 "resort fee" That was a bit steep. We were told that was for the coffee and internet. (this is where I would insert an eyeroll emoji). Regardless, it was a great place. Make sure you go to the speakeasy there. fun!

this property was really nice and clean walking distance from a lot of things and had a very nice game room. only thing is the hand held shower head did not work and there is only valet, so not easy parking

Such a great hotel in the heart of the city. I love the lobby equipped with pool table, shuffle board, TVs and lots of seats. My only issue was that my room smelled like I lived above a restaurant all night. But I will stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay at hotel Zetta . Great location . Walkable to dining and shopping areas and the cable car turnaround . Staff was very friendly and accommodating . Definitely kid friendly as they have an awesome game room upstairs with ping pong a pool table shuffle board and a couple of pinball machines that were all free to play . Very affordable rates as well . Highly recommend

Unfortunately, the only conclusion possible is that some of their staff are not reliable and dishonest. A one-of-a-kind item went missing at the property and neither housecleaning nor their management were able to locate it. Extremely dissatisfying.

O quarto, apesar dos móveis aparentarem ser os mesmos das fotos, a vista da janela era de uma parede do prédio vizinho a menos de 1 metro com uma porta pichada. Ou seja, manteve-se fechada durante toda a estadia. Isso, combinado com o pé direito baixo, dava a sensação de estarmos em uma caverna. Além disso, em momento algum do checkin nos foi avisado sobre a taxa obrigatória para os hóspedes, que contemplava $10 de minibar e acesso às facilidades do hotel. Somente nos foi avisado no checkout, no momento do pagamento. Apesar de haver uma placa pequeno no balcão, seria de bom tom avisar e EXPLICAR o que estava incluso.

Fun lobby with pool tables and Plinko - great design- loved the faux book shelf with books wallpaper in bathrooms. Large space , definitely great value and will book again.
