港にほど近い高級ホテル
セールスフォース社のイベント、DREAM FORCEに参加する為に宿泊。第一に治安の良いエリアにホテルがあり、現地不慣れな方にもお薦め。第二に高級感がありサービスも良し。ただし細かいやり取りにはある程度の英会話必須。第三に徒歩圏内にレストラン、土産物店が多数あり、日本への土産も調達可能。お薦めできます。

過去に泊まったなかで最悪のコストパフォーマンスです 他のフェアモントに泊まったことありませんが 評価みているといいみたいなので ここはなんちゃってフェアモントなのでしょうね ヘリテージと付きますがまさにサービスが過去の遺産です 過去のサービスを体験したいならいいと思います

満足です
口コミどおり全てに満足です。ただ壁が薄いのか音が響くようで、隣の部屋の物音が気になっていたら、逆に隣からTVの音がうるさいと苦情が来ました。そんな大きな音をさせていたわけではないのですが…。

広い部屋を希望する家族に最適
Expediaでの評価が非常に高かったので選びました。2bedroom city view residenceに家族３人で４泊しました。部屋が広いこととcontinental breakfastが充実している点が特に良く、快適に過ごすことができました。自転車は大人用6台、子供用4台しかないようで、先約があったため利用できませんでした。

滞在型高級ホテル
フィッシャーマンズウォーフの海に面し、左手にゴールデンゲートブリッジ、中心部にアルカトラス島右手に帆船を眺めることが出来、小奇麗なショッピングモールにも恵まれ最高のロケーションでした。有名なロンパード通とパウエル通の交差点へも徒歩で１５分でいけます。ホテルも静かで、設備も整っており、気持ちの良いサービスに満足できました。滞在型のホテルとしてお奨めできます。朝食も美味しく、コーヒーは最高でした。バレットパーキングは、１日５０ドルかかります。ホテルの玄関（ノースポイントとポルクの角でノースポイントに面している）が少し分かりずらく、レンタカーでしたので最初、苦労しました。また貯金して夫婦で行きます。

This is an excellent property with an excellent location. Only downside is bedding is not guaranteed and the televisions only receive a few channels.

El lugar es muy bonito, la propiedad ya tiene muchos años e indudablemente requiere de algunos mantenimientos menores pero visibles como la madera. EL servicio de Tito fue muy amable y servicial sin embargo mande un correo donde solicitó me sean enviados unos artículos olvidados en la habitación y NADIE respondió, pero para el cobro del traslado para eso si dieron un gran seguimiento. Es una pena que por algo así la marca del hotel se queme por quedarse con artículos personales o no te den respuesta, cuando para cobrar son muy buenos en el seguimiento. La verdad que estos grandes detalles en el servicio hacen la diferencia en una marca que debería de ser sería y profesional y no ventajosa con el cliente.

The Fairmount was the best hotel we have ever stayed. The staff were beyond attentive. The place is beautiful and extremely clean. The area is perfect for walking and exploring. We loved every second of this trip!

Excellent!! But it was very hard to find the lobby for the valet. There was any guys to recognize it. We have to park in the garage and paid 18 dollars for 7 minutes.

We booked a two bedroom suite for a memorial celebration. The room had the most wonderful view,. I loved the fact that they asked if I wanted groceries for the room to be ordered. The staff really made us feel at home.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4 and this was a great stay. The apartment was huge and in a great part of town (far west end of fisherman's wharf, near russian hill and the marina) and we could walk to many fun places to shop and eat. Valet parking was free and super convenient. The staff was consistent with a 5 star hotel. I'd love to come back and stay again.
