そこそこ快適なホテルです

清潔感や場所には文句のつけようがありません。室内に冷蔵庫だけでなく、電子レンジも備わっているので、ちょっとした夕食を近くのスーパーで買ってきて温めるのには便利です。インターネットが若干弱かったですが、ファミリーユースには気にならない程度だと思います。

不愉快でした。

全額支払い済みのはずだったのが、アメニティ代と称して毎日３０＄＋TAXをとられました。こんなことは聞いたことがありませんし、部屋の清掃、アメニティ交換も滞在中2日しか頼まなかったので、毎日分請求されました。また、レストランが附属していますが、大きなゴキブリがゆかを走っていたり、パスタの中にビニールが混入したり、気持ちの良い滞在とは言えませんでした。

Very friendly and polite staff beautiful lobby The room was small and the closet almost non existent The bathroom was a walk in shower type and the water would flood the floor as the divider that was in place to hold the shower water in was only covering half of the shower area For the same amount of money one could get a much bigger room ( Marriott across the street) with better amenities too

Staff was polite, professional, and friendly. Rooms were beautiful and spacious. They look the same as pictured. Location is close to food and shops. I would definitely book this hotel again the next time we are in San Francisco .

The hotel was beautiful inside. Staff were very friendly, helpful and willing to do what they could to make our stay pleasant. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but it is to be expected for a historic boutique hotel. The bed was clean and the pillows and linens very comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very loud, you can hear everything from the street, elevator, housekeeping talking on the hallway. I couldn’t sleep at all for the two nights we stayed here. The hotel was recently renovated but this is not a 4-star hotel in my opinion.

Hotel is located at nice place in San Francisco downtown. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but with nice mattress and pillows. Breakfast is not something they are serving good. You can end up with same breakfast for your all time stay (eggs).

It was a basic hotel. Clean, right on the trolly route and lots of great places to eat around. Room was small, and no view - bar at top had great view but service was lacking and it was overpriced.

I absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice. Doorman, waiter. They pay attention to details . Rooms are gorgeous. Great for walking and shopping. I thought, for a big hotel like this it is pretty quiet. Food at the restaurant was great with great ambiance. I sure recommend it for sure.

I loved how there were options to dine or hang out in the hotel but there were also so many options around the hotel. It was a really great spot to be in in the city.

Very modernized style indoors. Overall very clean as well and in a convenient area. About 30 min walking distance from fisherman’s wharf or less than 10 min Uber. Beautiful view from Bar at the upper level and delicious drinks. Customer service over all was amazing.
