評価との違いをとても感じました。コスパは決して良くないです。女性一人の夜チェックインも結構、怖いです。床掃除など含む総じて清潔感も欠けていて、ミネラルウォーターすらもありません。価格が相応してましたので残念です。エアコンも壁掛けタイプ、一般家庭のお部屋のようでした。空港ではシャトルバスを待っていると、待ち人の前を止まりかけつつ走りさろうとして、慌てた数人が皆で声上げ制止させました。安価ではないだけにいろいろと残念でした。

部屋は広く清潔。良いホテル。ホテル全体の設備は古く水の質も良くない。朝食もこの水を使ったものなので濃い味のものを除いてあまり美味しくない。シャトルバスはいくつかのホテルを回るタイプのもの。多少時間がかかるがタクシーだと空港使用料等色々かかってチップ込みで結構な額26ドルになった。ライドシェアの見積もりはもっと高かった。35ドル。お

飛行機の撮影のため利用しました。撮影ポイントであるベイフロントパークに直結しているのでとても便利で夜間の撮影にも不安がありませんでした。レンタカーがないとちょっと不便かもしれません。

空港から近くて便利

ホテル建物設備は古いですが、清潔でした。部屋には冷蔵庫と電子レンジの備え付けがありました。ロビーにはsnack standがありsnack類が買えます。ロビーにあるPCは壊れていて使えませんでした。宿泊者用laundry facilities があり洗濯ができます。コロナで朝食はgrab to go breakfast になっており、中身はbreakfast bar、オレンジジュース、水でした。また、減便してますが、airport shuttle bus が出ていて便利でした。

Very kind and attentive staff. Hotel was nice for a layover in San Francisco. Our flight got in late and the shuttle stops at 11pm, so we had to take a Lyft to the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection of items.

The staff were all freindly, polite and accommodating. We arrived a couple hours before check in, thinking we would have to wait until 3 to get a room, but we were able to check in right away. There weren't but a couple places to walk to, to get something to eat. I asked the front desk if any pizza places delivered. The girl gave me to brochures to check out. We ordered from one and the food was great. They had a shuttle that picked us up at the airport on schedule. The driver helped us with our bags. We used the shuttle to go back to the airport the next day. The hotel had a printout of the shuttle times they would be there to pick us up and what times we would get to the different terminals and they were right on time. The complimentary breakfast was from 6-10. The shuttle was going to pick us up at 6:18, when we went down at 6 everything was set up and ready to go. What a great spread- coffee, tea, juices, fruit, cereal, omelets, bacon and so much more! If we ever need a hotel to stay near the airport when visiting San Francisco, we will definitely be staying here everytime!

False advertising. My reservation showed food credit, etc, none of which happened. The slick front desk young lady was nickel and diming guests and blaming Expedia for making mistakes on their advertisement even after I showed it to her and they actually had plenty of bay view rooms or partial views when I checked in. Unlike other hotels that honor their Expedia advertisement statements, they don't. Mattress and pillows are terrible too. There are many hotels along that bayshore street with similar nightly prices. Will advise my colleagues to stay at those hotels instead. Unsure how they got their suspiciously-high star rating compared to other hotels on that street.

Great place to stay but not many options to eat. The breakfast is wonderful. The Bay Area water is not the best but there is a walkway that is okay for an outdoor run.
