1. I was requested unexpected fee(USD 50) for 3 hours early check in. I payed for it, anyway.
But I did not walk in the room at that momemt, and though I received the following e-mails from the hotel.
Receptionist was OK, she maybe just a staff and made a conversation based on the hotel manual with me.
But I want to the hotel thinking a bit more response to customers.

To answer your question, Yes! we are more then happy to do that for you. When you bring your bags to the front desk they will fill out a tag for you ( one for each bag) that will have a number and just keep those safe, that tag will allow you to get you bag upon pick up.

The clock time of the room is wrong, and the computer pad prepared in the room can not be used(Electricity does not enter).
