The space
This spacious and private second floor apartment unit is part of a six-unit multi-family building, with elevator and free parking garage.

This 1400 square feet apartment unit features two bedrooms that can sleep up to 7 guests, two private bathrooms and a half bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, a living room, and a huge balcony.

We provide essentials such as bedding, towels, shampoo, body wash, hairdryer, iron, and so on, as well as a fully stocked kitchen and free laundry.

It also has high-speed Wifi and cable TV (140+ channels), an air conditioner and a heater!

We have four other units in the same building that fits a different number of people:

Guest access
Entire apartment unit, including garage, elevator, laundry, and 3 balconies

There are 10 parking spaces in our gated garage. The first car is free to park, each additional car is $20/day.

One small pet allowed for $20/night extra per night.

Baby crib available upon request.

Great stay!
We stayed for 1 week, check in was easy and the building is easy to find. The apartment was very clean, well stocked and the secure parking is a bonus. Nice little grocery store just up the street and market right across the street. The drive to downtown San Francisco is short and you can stay off the busy highways to get there, and there is a bus stop right out front. Would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and local
We headed to Nor Cal from So Cal for a little spring r&r. Our oldest twin was in DC for her school trip. We wanted a good location with access to freeways and San Fran without dealing with tolls since we drove up. The rental is about 30mins from the wharf. The location of rental is in a working class neighborhood. Some commercial and industrial buildings located close. Also close is San Francisco International Airport! You can definitely hear the planes when they send the last redeye and when the early morning flights leave. You also hear all the road noise that surrounds the neighborhood. That is just an fyi. Aside from that, the location was good. Easy access to freeways. Able to go tidepooling in Pacifica with no problem. The unit was 93% clean. The unit has carpeting in all rooms except bathrooms and kitchen. It’s a little worn which is understood. needs a good cleaning tho. The sofas and sitting chairs are low riders. You sit, you sink. You expect a comfy firm sit and it surprises you when you sink in. The twin beds 2nd bedroom have a plastic/vinyl like mattress cover. My daughter was sleeping on top of all covers, She didn’t feel it. She woke up startled one night so I laid down in other bed under blankets. It made me so hot and sweaty. All I could smell was some kinda of chemical cleaner or maybe disinfectant that was activated by my body heat. Good restaurants and market within walking distance.

Perfect house for long stay!!
This house is located at a very good area, neighborhood is quite good and safe. You will find few restaurants and stores in few min walk. The most amazing thing is the bus stop is right in front of the house. Host and co host and the superwiser is very firendly, kind and very helpful. They were quite prompt in handling any issues we had at the time of stay. The house ks very neat and clean. Parking area js also good enough. The only issue we faced about the courier/package delivery since the teletalk wasnt working and courier service do not phone you when they deliver the package so you have to literally stay down to collect the package else it will not be delivered. I feel that facility should be resolved soon. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as we moved from another country it was homely feeling. So thank you Claude and your team. You are doing great job! :) i surely recommend this place.

Great place to stay for physically challenged
Beautiful area, Wheelchair access with elevator and no stairs. Bathrooms are wheelchair friendly. Full kitchen. Great location for visiting San Francisco. Great restaurants nearby. Lots of little groceries. We will stay here again.

Me and my husband absolutely loved how spacious the place was and felt a huge peace of mind knowing we had parking. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Definitely would rebook again!

Spacious, Clean, Comfortable Condo
This place is so spacious! Good-sized bedrooms with large walk-in closets and ensuite, large bathrooms (plus a third half-bath). The unit is clean and very well stocked. The bathrooms all have hand lotion as well as shampoo and conditioner - a nice touch. The beautiful kitchen is well equipped and stocked with coffee, creamer, and basic cooking pantry items (oil, some spices, etc.) It's great having a gated garage, and access to the lobby door, garage, and our unit was so easy. The owners are very responsive. While we were there the elevators went down. Lonnie immediate responded to my message, coming over in person and arranging for repair, then following up later to ensure all was working well. Just overall a great experience. We would definitely stay here again.

We were visiting a relative who needs full accessibility and this apt fit the bill. Not the prettiest part of the bay area and a bit noisy, but very comfortable.

Many pluses and one minus
We booked Lonnie's place for a week in late July/early August. We were very happy with the accommodations themselves regarding cleanliness, and amenities of the apartment, especially the elevator and secure indoor parking. It was very comfortable. It was nice to have coffee and some spices because we cooked a few of our own meals. However, noises were loud. Buses would grind and squeal from both streets and there was constant noise from the nearby freeway. It was a thing to vroom your loud muffler car around the neighborhood. The neighbors had loud Mexican music on the weekend well into the night. We get it - it was summertime and people were enjoying having parities outdoors. But weekends especially were noisy. In addition, we were on the 3rd of 4 floors, and there was some loud music and talking from upstairs for a couple of nights. Next time, we'll book the upper floor apartment. The host(s) were very prompt to respond to a small mechanical problem except once when a minor question from us was overlooked for a week. Apology accepted, Lonnie. If neighborhood noises don't bother you, I would highly recommend this place. It is, in all other respects, a very, very nice place to stay.
