Room size is great but expect nothing

25 years ago this place might have been a great place. It looks like a place that went bankrupt and a lot of apartments sold to different people - some rented out here as a hotel, some for sale and some not renovated. Inside your room, many things are out of order and the kitchen equipment consists of stuff left by other renters. If the owners just slept 1 night they would now and if they spend a few hours in IKEA, made a welcome letter and painted the apartment, and fixed all the broken stuff, it could have been an ok experience. The room is actually great and spacious - and it would be easy to make this a much better experience.

Muito bem localizado, piscina, supermercado, restaurantes, centeo comercial a poucos metros, estacionamento fácil. O apartamento estava um pouco sujo e mal tratado mas espaçoso e agradável.

prima maar geen toppertje

Het appartementencomplex is moeilijk te vinden. De tomtom leidt je er niet tot het einde naartoe. Telefonisch zijn ze vervolgens niet te bereiken. Na rondvragen hebben we het uiteindelijk gevonden. Het ontvangst was vervolgens erg vriendelijk. Vervolgens kregen we een appartement met een bed te weinig. Overgeplaatst naar een ander appartement, dit was snel en makkelijk geregeld. Het appartement was mooi en zeer ruim, met zeezout. Jammer dat je daarvoor eerst door een zeer lange donkere gang moet lopen om het appartement te bereiken. Aan het appartement grenst een mooi groot shopping centrum. Daar kun je ook je boodschappen doen. Het zwembad is prima. Appartement ligt aan zee maar er is geen strand. Daarvoor moet je de auto pakken. Cádiz is een aanrader! Prachtig!

Ganske fine lejligheder men grim kloak lugt

Området var generelt meget beskidt og havde en fæl kloaklugt, som også hærgede i lejligheden. Pool området var ganske ok virkede mere rengjort end resten af området.

Très bon appartement familial

Grand appartement climatisé avec très grande terrasse très pratique pour faire sécher les maillots de bains et pour déjeuner. La literie était correcte et grande pour les parents (160 cm). Pas de soucis pour se garer. II y a 2 piscines, une plus calme que l'autre et suffisamment grandes pour accueillir tous les vacanciers. Ce qui est surprenant est que le complexe de vacance est situé au dessus d'un grand centre commercial. On n'a pas les inconvénients car étant au dessus on ne le voit pas, par contre c'est ultra pratique pour faire ses courses chez Carrefour en 2 min ! Le point noir est la localisation car il n'y a pas d’accès à aucune plage, ni à un centre ville. ll faut prendre sa voiture pour cela. Accueil très agréable, rien à dire non plus sur la propreté de l'appartement.

Apartamento confortable y bien equipado. La localización es buena, y resulta bastante entretenido que se encuentren situados justo al lado y encima del centro comercial Bahía Sur. Está bien para pasar unos días en Cádiz. Como punto negativo, no tienen wifi. Y la tv no tenía buena señal.
