"From check-in to check-out, the staff throughout the entire hotel and casino were super nice & friendly. It was clean, the room was really nice, clean & comfortable. We didn't get to enjoy any of the restaurants or the pool but did get a coffee at Starbucks and the young lady there was so sweet and friendly. We were disappointed that last call for alcohol was at 10:30 pm. We got in from the event we were at at 10:45 and had been looking forward to a glass of wine at the lounge and we're denied entry at 10:45. It took us by surprise that a casino had a last call that early. That was our only disappointment. The casino floor was pretty big and offered a lot of games/slots. We also appreciated that you had to have a key card to use the elevator to get to rooms. It made us feel safe."

"Our coffee maker wouldn’t work, no drinking on casino floor. Only had room service until 9 pm.. food was not the best for what they charge.. People were friendly though.. "

"Didn’t care for the a/c. Didn’t stay for the whole stay. Asked for refund for the remaining nights and checked out. THERE WAS FECES ON THE WALL!!! Literally smeared sh*t on the bathroom wall where the door was. WE HAVE PHOTOS!!"

"The price on breakfast is a little steep. $12 price is appropriate for a breakfast price. The staff is wonderful and the proximity to a park is a plus."
