Luis Condo 2 is an incredible beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in Villas de Las Palmas on the second floor. The expansive private balcony overlooks white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Sea of Cortez with mountain views, featuring a charcoal BBQ for outdoor dining. The fully furnished living room has a plush sofa, loveseat with ottoman, two recliners, and a large screen TV with windows overlooking the sea.

A breakfast nook with a round table for four links to the modern kitchen with a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, double sinks, coffee maker, toaster, and plenty of counter space. Three bedrooms include one with two queen beds and water views, one queen with a private bathroom, and a room with three single beds (perfect for kids). WiFi is included.

This San Felipe Vacation Rental is close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and fishing. All guests provide towels. Street parking only. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra.

Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
