The  vacation rental has 3 bedrooms.  The first and second bedrooms, each with queen beds, are located the the first floor.  Master bedroom with king size bed is located on the second floor.   

Kitchen is located on the second floor with access to a patio.

Located in the gated resort of El Dorado Ranch San Felipe, this resort provides 24 hour security.  Guest enjoy access to the resort swimmig pool.  

An on-site restaurant is available.  Many more restaurants availalbe nearby. Short drive North of the resort is the San Felipe Winery.  Short drive South if the San Felipe Brewery.  

Kitchen has the essentials to prepare home cooked meals.  Wtih lots of grocery store options including Calimax and Bodega Aurrera, sourcing cooking ingridients is a breeze.   Creating home cooked meals can be a fun activity to enjoy with your travel group.

Maximum Occupancy:  6 guests - this includes adults and children.   This is strictly enforced by the resort.

Monthly Rentals: Utilities extra (Internet, Propane, Electricity and Water)

Note:  Off road vehicles are not  permitted in La Ventana del Mar.   Exception is made for race teams.  Alternatively, you may rent a house on the mountain side of El Dorado Ranch, or rent in another community in which we have a homes.

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.
