This 3 Bedroom home has just been thoughtfully furnished and appointed to make your stay carefree. whether you are here for work, a family getaway or just escaping from the day-to-day. Private Sunny stand alone home with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, private entrance, back patio, and one reserved parking space.

*LIVING AREA :The living area is spacious with Smart TV
(access to Hulu, Prime and Netflix, new furnishings and ceiling fan. The living room flows into the dining area
*DINING: The dining table will seat 6 comfortably.
*BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, new beds and linens.
*A Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
* KITCHEN: The bright and very well equipped kitchen
has granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, dishes,
glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, Mr. Coffee Maker,
toaster, blender, etc. Even the kiddos have their own kid
dishes, cups and silverware, etc.
*WASHER/DRYER in hallway. A starter amount of
laundry detergent and fabric softener is supplied
*The house offers central heat.
*Please note there is NO AC.
*Board games for adults and kids are under TV.
* Pack and play, high chair, and baby tub, toys & books (in bedroom closet).
*Private entrance
* ONE private parking spot directly next to the house-please parkclose to the side of house.

Easy stroll to Adams Ave. which offers great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, fun shops, grocery store, pharmacy. Just 15 minutes +/- to San Diego's great attractions Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, many beaches, downtown, Old Town and the airport, to mention a few spots

This is a smoke-free home - please be considerate and do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property.

Guests have access to the front house and back patio.
You will be provided a code for keyless entry.
There is parking in the driveway for one mid-size car. Park on the left side of the driveway ONLY - next to the house. If you have a large car/truck please park on the street. Please park additional cars on the street.
Other things to note:
*Your private area is the house itself (of course), your ONE designated parking space, and the BACK patio.
*Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

*The home in back house is rented as a short term rental - so please be considerate of your neighbors and respect their space which includes their parking area and the fenced back patio.
If you are interested in renting both homes, please let me know

Please note: In order for our housekeepers can spend Christmas and New Years with their families we are not accepting arrivals OR departures on December 25 or January 1. Thank you for understanding.

Super cute space!!
We absolutely loved this spot! It’s super cute and central. Quick walk to so many nice coffee shops, restaurant, bars and more. Our host was really responsive. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Great size
This house in Normal Heights was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. A few blocks from the house there are many restaurants and places for libations. It was about 15 minutes to the beaches and downtown area which is good so you’re not always surrounded by the tourist scene. The only downfall was that the air conditioner did not turn on. I’m aware that it is not always needed in San Diego, but the weekend we were there was a warm one. Overall, it is a great place and very accurate to the listing.

Great place. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and has everything you need. Beds are spacious and comfortable to sleep on. Location is perfect since it’s not too far away from the major things to do in SD. Overall really great experience and great for a family stay.

Very nice location with easy walking access to Normal Heights neighborhood shops, and convenient/easy drives to downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, and North Park, Hillcrest neighborhoods. Very comfy beds and nice/useable space overall. Will be back for our future visits to family in the neighborhood.

Visiting our Son Stationed at miramar
A beautiful well maintained very clean home with all the amenities you would want. Loved the big L shaped couch and cozy blankets for curling up and relaxing with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Enjoyed the private backyard with table chairs, two lounge chairs, and a gas grill. Was a great place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Also private parking along side of house was a plus. Great location and close to a lot of the local attractions. Recommend the Rabbit Hole restaurant just a few blocks away. Utilized Uber a couple times and they were great as well and not overly priced. Will definitely stay here again.

Cute clean home in a great location!
Very clean home in a great location. Beaches only 15 minutes away. Great restaurants, bars, and local coffee just down the street. Kitchen had everything you need to cook meals. Private parking was a plus. Accommodated 6 people easily with the 3 bedrooms. Nice large sectional for everyone to chill and visit. Would definitely stay here again!
