Super place for a family!

Perfect location
This property was perfect for a quick family trip with 5 adults. The house was clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and a grocery store was minutes away. The patio space was lovely. We were 15 minutes from every place we needed to visit! The host was available for anything we needed.

Great Place to Rest
We had a great time in San Diego and this house was a great place to come back to each evening for rest. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for my family to stay. The kitchen was stocked well enough for our needs and there was a washer and dryer which helped with our longer stay. The house was located in a great spot for us to do everything that we did while we were there (Zoo, SeaWorld, Legoland, Coronado, etc).

Family Trip
We had a wonderful stay. Location is close to grocery stores and convenient to the highway. It is a great find for families who need more space than a traditional hotel room. I recommend.

The property looked recently renovated and was clean upon our arrival. The management team provided us with easy instructions to check into the property and the property had all the basic essentials ready for our stay. My family and I highly recommend this property.

Excellent place to stay
We stayed for a week and it was our first VRBO experience. It was amazing. The host was responsive and the house was very comfortable. It had everything you could need for a long stay. We'll definitely book again if we ever go back!

Great Family house!
We traveled from NC to San Diego to see friends and family in the area. We needed a place to stay that was comfortable for us and our three children (ages 13, 11 and 7). This house is very sleek, well decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. There's a laundry room and a front and side fenced-in yard for cooking out and playing outside. The neighborhood is quiet but also close to grocery stores and conveniences. It was easy to get downtown, to Balboa Park, Coronado Beach and La Jolla via the Interstate. We'd love to stay here again when we come back for another visit!

Vacation with grandkids
We stayed with our three grandkids ages 12 - 18. We all loved the house. Plenty of room for all of us, great beds, and very quiet. We visited SeaWorld, Carlsbad, the zoo, the marina and Old Town. The location of the house is very convenient to everything and the owners were very responsive. We would definitely recommend and would rent from them again.

Comfortable, Enjoyable Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of four and another guest. Kitchen was well-stocked, appliances were newer and the fridge was good size. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would definitely return!

Definitely recommend!
We stayed for a few nights for a marine grad and location was great! We were within 10-15 minutes of all of activities. The hosts were very easy to contact. And the house was very spacious and nice! Would definitely book again if we’re in the area!

Mostly awesome, until I ran into an issue
This house was super nice, a lot better than another one we had in LA. Spacious, lots of amenities, fridge was stocked with some essentials, really nice neighborhood. Everything was going well until the doorlock ran out of battery. We didn't receive a key, only a PIN, which worked fine for the most part, until it didn't. So we wanted to leave for the day to drive to the zoo and there was no way to lock the door, as the electronic lock stopped working. I tried calling and writing messages to the owners, they promised to "take care", but didn't! They were not interested in fixing the problem. They left the house unlocked all day with all our posessions in there! We left the next day. This really soured our whole trip. At least nothing was stolen.
