予約していた禁煙室には泊まれませんでした
チェックイン時にオーバーブッキングと言われ、予約していた禁煙室では無かったのでやはりタバコ臭かったです。部屋は基本的には綺麗でしたが、バスタブは掃除が行き届いてなく汚れていました。朝食付きとなっていましが、ロビーにマフィンと果物とコーヒーが有っただけでした。

Bad experience, lobby and corridor had a heavy cigarette smoke odor. The bedding in my non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. The overall odor in the room reminded me of stale dirty clothes. The toilet seat was loose and easily moved side to side. First night I killed three roaches and more the second night. Started check-out at 3 am because of the roaches.

Curtains were torn in several places and hanging crooked off of the rail. The bathroom had hair on the walls, sink/counter and on the walls of the bathrub/shower. There was only 1 large towel for a room with 2 twin beds. The coffee maker i recieved from the front desk was filthy, had old coffee in it with the old filter that was dried, crusty and had specks of white fuzzy mood growing in it. Calling the front desk to get anything was impossible the phone kept ringing and no one ever picked up not even after 15 minutes. The walls had sharpie writing/scribbled. The elevator was broken. I asked for a room on the first floor or an accessible room since I am 7 months pregnant.. they gave me a filthy fisgustujg unclean room on the 3rd floor.

They did not have shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. When I asked the front desk about it, they gave me only shampoo. They did not have conditioner or body lotion. The listing said, 'Grab N Go' breakfast. When I asked about it, they said, it is only muffins and they did not have that in stock either. It was just coffee until 10 am. There was some trash in the hallway, The area is safe though. Close to MacDonalds, Starbucks and other eateries. I will not stay here again.

I’m glad I only spent 6 hours here, an extended stay would’ve been awful. I went to take a shower and then read a sign that you have to get it at the front desk….. that’s convenient when you are ready to jump in the shower! Then, no bath towels……need I say more.

The front desk said the card machine was broken and they had to escort me to my door to let me in. I’ve never had that happen to me at a hotel. I thought that was very inconvenient. I couldn’t leave without putting a lock open. That’s unprofessional and not right. I already paid my money, otherwise I would’ve went somewhere else for that reason. Hotel kind of old, needs updates. But affordable.

Hotel was dirty not vacuumed. Tables were sticky. Water pressure was really bad. Pillow was ripped in half and had Styrofoam in it. AC has a really weird smell

Lo unico rescatable fue que no cobraban estacionamiento. Todo el hotel muy sucio. Cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar a que llegara el empleado de recepcion, tuvimos que gritar para que saliera. En la noche no hay nadie atento en recepcion y puede entrar cualquier persona al hotel. Extremadamente sucio pasillos cuartos elevador todo. El desayuno continental es cafe y barras de avena. El elevador en muy mal estado. La tv a veces prendia a veces no. Un cajon no cerraba. No habia secadora de pelo. No habia jabon ni shampoo.

Room floor was leaking liquid up through floor boards. Could not be given another room. We were given towels to cover the floor leaks. The next day the ceiling was dripping leaking water. We checked out immediately.

The stay was decent. The room was and I loved how they had a cute kitchen. However , I had for towels and never received and even extra towels and they said they replace dirty towels and dont give extras.
