MLB観戦のために宿泊しました。ナイトゲーム後には、他の観客も多く歩いており、ペトコパークから徒歩で問題無く帰れます。 評価の通り、施設のコンディションと設備に問題無く、清潔さ、そしてスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで感じが良いです。朝食も満足で、円安の日本人にはとても助かりました。

どこでも徒歩で行ける便利なホテル。
徒歩でペトコパークへは10分、USSミッドウェイ博物館へは20分ほどで行け、周りの治安も良く便利なホテルでした。2泊しましたが2日分のタオルが既に用意されていてベットメーキングはありませんでした。清潔なホテルで快適に過ごせました。車利用の場合、町中のせいかホテル代の他に1日50ドルの駐車代は高いなと思いました。

立地重視の人にお勧めです。
便利な立地で、車が無くても問題なく快適に過ごせた。 チェックイン時にPCがダウンしていたようで時間がかかったので荷物を預けて夕方再度戻ることになったがその際は即チェックインできた。 部屋は見た目は綺麗でしたが、バスルームの壁のタイルの目地がカビで黒ずんでいた箇所があったので掃除はきちんとできていないかもです。

Good for business trip
It looks relatively old, but it’s comfortable to stay. Wi-Fi is easy to connect and complimentary breakfast is just normal. I could have a receipt early in the morning that helps quick leave to the next destination.

それなりに快適でした
便利な場所で駐車場も1泊24ドルと比較的リーズナブルでした。歩きで夜のガスランプを楽しめ、日中はミッドウェイミュージアムまで観光に。部屋は狭いですが室内の冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカー、ドライヤー、最低限のアメニティがそろっていました。それなりに快適に過ごせます。1階の共用スペースに自由にいただけるコーヒーとレモン入りウォターが常設。洗濯機は3台ありましたががすべて故障中だったようです。簡単な朝食もつきますし、機会があればまた泊まろうと思います。

ダウンタンの良い場所に位置しており、 コンベンションセンターからも近く、 会議出席に便利でした。 名刺を切らしてしまい、フロントにコピーをお願いしたら、快く対応してくれました。 朝食の種類は、あまり多くはありません。

Esta muy limpio, las personas son amables. Me encantó la habitación, ideal para 1 persona. Lo único que creo que puede mejorar es la comida; se me hizo mala, el beagel y muffin rancios y no hay comida nutritiva, el huevo estaba como muy artificial. Todo lo demás por el precio que se paga, muy bien.

It’s a very loud property. Between the homeless yelling in the streets in the middle of the night and the upper units toilets flushing sounding like a waterfall in the walls, it was tough to sleep. The property and rooms were pretty clean and the staff was great!

Keep in mind you’re just paying for the location, the hotel itself is disappointing for the price you pay. Bathroom - to start, THERE’S NO SINK, you need to do everything in the tiny kitchen/room, shower has no pressure, and there were stained and old towels. Wifi not stable, I couldn’t even watch netflix on my phone - TV sucks, old and terrible image Noisy, the room has window AC that is one feet from the bed and the curtains don’t cover the windows properly so it’s bright early morning Tiny room with no space to walk if you have one suitcase open, be ready to jump over your things if you want to walk around It could have been an honest mistake, but on Expedia it showed 40 dollars for parking and they charged us 50. After complaining they agreed on 40. Summarizing, old, outdated, noisy, tiny and extremely overpriced for what’s offered. Pros - good breakfast and gentle staff

It’s never a good sign when you check in and there are ear plugs for you in the room. As the least expensive hotel in downtown San Diego I should have been prepared but till… Very basic, no frills, but breakfast was okay.

I read allot of reviews about this property. Do not hesitate on booking here. The beds are not hard they were quite comfortable. The street noise was not that bad. Breakfast there was plenty. We were here for my grandson's graduation from The Marine's bootcamp. We were 13 miles to the base very easy to get to.

You get what you pay for. This place has an excellent location, but I found some of the desk staff shockingly rude. Very unusual experience for me.

easily accessible transportation to all sightseeing locations, airport and restaurants. However, the hotel is in Downtown area close to Broadway, so safety and cleanliness can be a concern for some people. The air conditioner in the room needs to be updated.
